We all said the same thing about Heath Ledger.

Yes, it's a crappy title, as was the Batman Begins title.
And Riddler is not the villain, sadly.
Kindda makes me wonder if they'll actually go with Catwoman or Bane.

Ann Hathaway will be playing Catwoman, who will most likely serve as a parallel to Batman.
The other, will be played by Tom Hardy, who will most likely be the main villain, will be everyone's favorite intelligent steroid-induced muscleman, hailing from South America, Bane.

Double Negative! My arguement wins! Go-------o victo------ry!
On a side note, is anyone disappointed about it not being Two Face? I'd love to see a gritty, badly disfigured, realistic Two Face with a well rendered double personality complex.

Shadowman wrote:The problem with Two-Face...well, you know how he fell off that building then stopped moving? Yeah, he was dead. Nolan had to explain this to people in-depth. "Oh, but Batman didn't die from it!" Batman is in peak physical condition and was wearing advanced body armor, and is capable of surviving falls that would break another man's legs. (Which was shown earlier in the film)

Maroni fell from about the same distance (in my opinion) at the club, and he survived. No armor or nothing......

Sorry, but it was nowhere near the same height.

I had considered saying that, but then it's been a while since I watched the movie and I am horrible at judging distance.

headsortails wrote:There's this thing that I (and Kevin Smith) like to call "movie magic"- anything is possible in any movie standards. Regardless of face's burns and lack of body armor, it's still possible, in movie standards, that he can survive the fall. What makes him not survive is the fact that Nolan said he didn't. In real life, the fall that Maroni took would have shattered both his legs since he tried to land on his feet like a cat. I've seen that happen on a construction site to a guy (and he screwed himself because he felled the drug test).
I know this is really a pointless argument we are having, but it's still fun to have, in my opinion. Used to have these "debates" at the comic store all the time with a buddy of mine. I do miss that.....
