Hopefully the text in the image is clear enough. Basically, at the top you can see the top of the volcano with the opening where magma is shooting out.
Down the sides (the shiny/chromed bits) are magma flowing down the sides of the volcano as it erupts.
His face is on the front of it from which he speaks (to Megatron?).
All of this hearkens back to the episode where he first showed up.
But he's not he Earth. It was explicitly stated at NYCC 2011 by the show's creator that Unicron is NOT Earth, but that the Earth formed around him.
