Better late than never, right? We've already gotten some good looks at these two, but we now have official images of Transformers Prime "Beast Hunters" Deluxe Wave 2's Bulkhead and Smokescreen courtesy of site sponsor BigBadToyStore. This wave also includes Ripclaw, who was officially revealed earlier this month, and Starscream, who we've only seen on this wave's cross sell. Check out the images and bios below.

This Autobot trickster strikes quickly, then disappears behind a black puff of magnetic smoke!

Predacons beware, because this Smokescreen figure is just the Autobot to take any of them on! He’s a tricky, sneaky robot warrior, and his Electronet launcher will make his enemies think twice before taking him on. Snap on his Shadow Quill Armor in robot mode for a super-stealthy attack, then convert him to sports car mode when he needs to make a fast escape. Keep converting him back and forth so his Predacon enemies can’t take him!

Transformers and all related characters are trademarks of Hasbro.

• Powerful Smokescreen robot-to-vehicle warrior figure!
• Converts from robot to sports car mode and back!
• Electronet launcher!
• Snap-on Shadow Quill Armor!

This big Autobot bruiser has enough strength to bust up entire Predacon armies!

Predacons beware, because this Bulkhead figure is just the Autobot to take any of them on! He’s a super-powered robot warrior, and his spinning Dragon Grinder weapon attaches to him whether he’s in robot or vehicle mode! When he needs to blast through obstacles to get to the battle, convert him to armored truck mode. Keep converting him back and forth so his Predacon enemies can’t take him!

I think they shoulda called this line TFP "Road Warriors", but that's just my 2 cents with no sense. These I shall soon possess and will definitely make this Bulkhead my Roadbuster. It's just too bad he's not a voyager class. :VEHI:

Optimus Prime, Predaking, Shockwave, and Ultra Magnus so far. Although, the last two are rumors with very strong roots.

We already got a Voyager Starscream with the PRID line. BH is getting a Deluxe Starscream (and rightfully so since a Voyager would be too tall).

As for Megatron, no word on any toys of him yet. Though, the yet-to-be-seen Japanese Arms Micron toyline Megatron Darkest figure is said to be the PRID Voyager mold with a redecoed Prime arm and a redecoed Dark Matter Calibur as the Dark Star Saber.

Dammit hasbro, if your shoddy distribution stops me from getting Smokescreen, I'll blow a gasket.

Good thing we saw in-hand pics first, Smokescreen's promo shots aren't really selling him. :P

Hmmm, is this Smokescreen also part Rescue-Bot? Cuz' his crossbow looks sort of like a fire rescue net/trampoline.

Oh, I see, in robot mode it's a flyswatter to waste the Insecticons! Just like Earth-Force era Starscream! Now he'll be bought on sight!

Though that does reenforce the Ninja Turtles vibe I'm getting from BH Op's truck mode...am I the only one that blamed the Turtles for killing G1 back in the day? Is there any conclusive evidence that it was actually Micro-Machines?

And I want to like Bulky, but it's just making me kick myself for not getting the Animated Roadbuster Magnus repaint when it was on clearance. Oh well, the Bayniverse broke me of being any sort of completist a long time ago...

Actually, it's a hunting weapon to capture Predacons. The toyline, for some reason, thinks that the plot of Beast Hunters is the other way around.

Don't worry, the net is attached to the missile, so you can remove it and have a peewee blaster. Image

I suspect that the third season and toyline were developed independently of each other, which is why we've got this big difference in the toyline direction and the perceived show direction.
