Stumbled into this topic while digging around for stuff via Google. Check out these pictures of Ras' insane collection. I've got a pretty kick ass collection, but some of this stuff puts my collection to shame.

Welcome back, ras! If you've got any more recent pics of your collection, I'd love to see them. My collection is a tough one to beat ... but you've got so many rare, unique, and truly "one-of-a-kind" items, it really puts to shame a collection like mine that sports highlights like mainstream popular expensive figures Grand Maximus, Black Zarak, Minerva, Liokaiser, etc. I don't own any Hasbro or Takara test copies and I've only got G2 Breakdown so far. Would also like to hear some of the history behind how you were able to come across some of these pieces in your collection.

Hey, thanks! I haven't been here in a little while.

Your collection sounds awesome, I'd love to see some display pics.

Here's a fairly recent shot of my prototype cabinet, though it has changed since. I do also collection production items.

As for where I get them, it really is a variety of different places. From auction sites, to private collectors, and from shows to former employees. It's taken many years, and a lot of ground work on the whole. Thrill of the chase and all that.
