Chunks of it are in Conquest Cybertron. It's not exactly the same, but close enough to see the toon part of the theory is inspired by it. Though that deals with the toon only and Primus didn't create the tf's, but the whole 'mentaly pursuading Primacron/assistant' debacle is.
