no, but you can reset and re-name them. you cant throw away the xp.

On the character profile page, there is a link that says Edit. That page allows you to edit the name of characters as well as their bio and colors.

Ive never understood why new people feel the need to delete charecters.... I mean, what a waste of energy earning what xp they already have, and surly the options for renaming and resettign are pretty obvious? I found em easily enough, and Im about as observent as a blind dead person...
