I just realized something. I don't know who is the second in command of the Protectobots. I read the bios of all of them and looked at the ranks. Oddly enough, the two who are ranked by stat right below Hot Spot are the two pacifists.

There is no second in command - it's a Special Team, only the torso bot is the leader. Having a subcommander in such a small group doesn't exactly make sense. Hot Spot controls the whole squad - similar to how Silverbolt is the sole leader of the Aerialbots and Motormaster the leader of the Stunticons. The only reason why the Constructicons have a second in command is because it's a slightly larger team of bots all the same size.

Can anyone who knows tell me how Wheelie ended up in his current predicament? I tried reading back and ended up in 2013, way too far back. At least I got some more info on his backstory from previous players that way, but still mothing on what lead up to this current situation. Hope it's not too much to ask.

I played Wheelie for a really short while just beforehand (maybe a month or two ago) and I mostly had to pull out of that 2013 stuff too. So I'll answer your question.

Basically, I just knew he was in the Convergence, and saw that most of the Autobots were being herded in by the Decepticons. I had him placed in the same herd of Autobots as Pointblank and the others.

Basically, I made him shoot a rock at Apeface for the fun of it, but Apeface doesn't know it was Wheelie, because he's smol.

Enjoy Wheelie, he's a fun guy, but I couldn't keep him for that long because I realised how terrible I am with rhyming!

Ah ok. You don't know any more than I do then! And yes I read that. I liked it, lol. I'm enjoying him already. Now the lil dude won't leave my head. This happens to me with all the characters I RP though. Guess I'm worried about 'em.

Hello! I wanted to ask how many points I would need to take off if I have a special ability of lightning/electricity projection. Would this be a suitable ability to use in a channeling method? (i.e. the character has an axe, and discharges lightning using that axe for melee combat; basically a large, deadly taser)

I would guess at least 5 points. Cryhavok is the one to ask about such things though. Maybe you should pm him directly.

So, kinda tempted to 'roll up' (yeah I know, old RPG talk, we don't roll stats here...or do we?

) some Decepticon grunt of some kind. Maybe a guy named/inspired after some obscure, crummy movie toyline-only character? I mean, I'm already well on my way in making a career here out of playing D-list crowd-filler bots after all! Well, if not now then at least after I end up making a guy like that.

Guys like, say, Hailstorm or Incinerator. Or maybe Jetblade or Payload. Those kind of nobodies.

Hah, no. We don’t roll stats or dice or anything like that. But you’re more than welcome to add one or two more characters to your roster to help you find your initial flow.

You say that but I'm curious in trying to roll a d8 and see what stat line I get! Or if it's even a rule-legal statline. But it would make for a funny experiment don't you think?

Sounds like a fun gamble. If it gets low stats would you still use them?

Sounds like a fun gamble. If it gets low stats would you still use them?

Of course! But I'd say at least a minimum of 3, given iirc it's what is needed to be rules-legal.

I have a few fanmade characters that I want to play as, but I'm curious as to know when fanmade combiners, quad changers, triple changers etc are going to be available before I decide to place them into play.

Im not sure when it will be allowed, as right now the Gestahlt program is something new and experimental. The only Combiner we have right now is Devastator and even he isn't perfected yet. As for triple changers, etc they are on hold rn as well. However, don't be discouraged. We are all a friendly bunch and work together to make things good happen for the RP. If you want to make another fanmade or even take up some canon characters in the meantime, please don't hesitate.

Cheers, I've created my fanmade characters, but in the pre combiner stage, so they have hopes of being able to combine. Just need them to be checked out, waiting for the approval or if I have to alter their states a bit.

Heyo and welcome Dreadicus! It's a delight to have you consider joining us!

As of right now, fanmade combiners/triple changers/quad changers/etc are not allowed. However, once you've been a player with us for a while, you could always talk to the mods about your options.

And yes, if you need any help with your applications, feel free to ask! I love helping new players settle in more easily, so if you need anything I'd be more than happy to help.

what should be tweaked. I not sure what as I've done my best to adapt from the history and lore I've already created for them. We the first thing that popped out that I noticed was that you had more than one stat at 9. Fan made characters can only have one stat at 9.
It also looked as if in the ability section you thought that meant for special abilities.

The abilities are for basically what the Transformer can do. If you look at the other applications and profiles you'll see that you list the skills that the character has. Like how well they are versed in a particular martial art, or possibly their background on certain things that they know how to do as far as fighting or weapons that sort of thing.

Right now I'm not in the position to be looking back at the applications but those were the two that I remembered.

Yes, you cannot have two stats at 9. You also can't have a stat less than 3. The reason for this, I presume is so players don't make their characters stuff too much in some areas while truly excelling too much in others.

Also the abilities section needs fleshing out. It's not special abilities but rather physical abilities. Tell us what they turn into, what they can do in that mode, what their weapons do, how fast are they in alternate mode, how durable they are. It can also have something to do with mental capacity like oh they have medical skills or strategic ones or marksman type things.
