So hasbro has recolored scourge to look like rat bat. Then theres the universe rat bat.
Well I am a novice at comic knowledge so have no clue what rat bat looks like. I would still like to own one of those figures though so I have a few questions.
was the universe mold used for the first ratbat created for ratbat or was it a pre existing mold reused for ratbat loike the scourge mold is?
Also could I trouble someone to post a pic of ratbat for me? I cant seem to find a picture of him that I can 100% say is him since I dont know what he is supposed to look like.
Finally what is a good price to pay for the universe ratbat on ebay?

The Universe mold was originally created for Cybertron/GF Sideways.

As for "Senator" Ratbat, the United figure is based on his IDW appearance, here;

Your best bet to work out the average price on ebay, is to use the "completed item" search, he was originally a Target exclusive with Springer, so don't be surprised if the two pop up together.

I own the Universe 2008 Ratbad. Not bad, if you can find him cheap, he makes a nice classics stand-in.

I got him alone for $12 US back in the day... Which is actually 1/3 of what the United Ratbat would be.

I just realized how similar they look in alt mode. Ah well, I'll pass on the United one. More funds to go to bruticus.

you obviously are not looking hard... i went to google and typed in rat bat... got about 400 images of the various incarnations and oh look at the top of the results is a link to the transformers wiki on his page, it shows all the wonderful versions of the figure and everything youd ever want to know... i guess you just like to see yourself typed in a forum.

and learn to spell and look at your text before hitting submit... ithink you should change your name to ratr bat... ratbat is too cool for you

You'd think the arrogance and juvenile behaviour by some in this thread would surprise me. But given how some of them have quite lengthy threads about them in the staff forum, such things are to be expected of them.

As the questions have been dealt with and before this degenerates even further, I shall be locking it. Oh and some people can expect pm's.
