A demolition site called 'Bay's Demolition', a reference to Michael Bay, and perhaps his love of blowing things up?

The fast food resturaunt is called 'Chip Chase's'.

The Shopping complex is called 'Metroplex'.

There are billboards for Seasprays something,can't remember what at the moment.
And the name of the baseball team(where you get the bat for the batter up achievement) in the suburbs is the Sparks
