Last month we were discussing the early teaser image release of this line in the Battle Beasts thread on Hisstank ( a GI JOE forum) and now it looks to be a full blown line!

As a fan of Kinnikuman and Battle Beasts (not to mention owning Masters of The Universe product both vintage and MOTUC) this is everything i love wrapped in one package

I'm all over these so i figured some of the old school fans of Headmaster TF's and Battle Beast would want to know !

I've recently started putting together a vintage Battle Beasts set, early days and a long way to go with them though. I was absolutely stoked to hear about this new line and put in a $70 pledge today for a couple of painted sets (didn't fancy the monos, so the doubles to sell or trade, probably in the UK to help someone over here save on shipping) and the bonus brown lion. Really looking forward to these if they go ahead and can't wait to see what any possible future series bring.

We're in the home stretch and very close to the goal! If your sitting on the fence you could be the person to make this a reality

Quick update on Rise of the Beasts. The $11000 target was reached yesterday with the secondary kickstarter milestone of $14000 being reached and breached today. This means that the rewards for being a kickstarter backer just got even better, so in addition to the brown lion kickstarter exclusive backers at the $45 level and higher will now also receive a free series 2 figure when they launch at the end of the year. If $17000 is reached by Wednesday that will go up to 2 series 2 figures at the $45 level with $30 and up then qualifying for the brown lion. So while this project is now funded there are still good reasons to get on board before the closing date for pledges this Wednesday.
