It's disgusting how unprepared this site is. It shouldn't take this long to load. A guy with a cable modem shouldn't have to compete with T1.

And the Screamer Sky Striker is gone, thanks HTS. I had it in my cart, finally got logged in, then it timed out. Tried again and they were gone. Plus no Matrix Prime, the figure I really wanted.

Got Ultimate Prime and the NERF Blaster. It looks like Prime Prime sold out at SDCC, so I grabbed one for $50 free shipping on eBay. Didn't get the Sky Striker, and it looks like I'll learn to live without it.

Well I was able to get a Ultimate into my basket and it has taken about 10 minutes to get the Comic2011 promo code put in. Now I have the code in with the $8 off but it's timing out when I hit check out.

I am so furious about missing out on the Starscream...... :BOOM:

After all the stalls and what have you I was only able to get a pink Zarana. Anybody got a Black one they wanna part with? I'm telling you now I won't pay more than HTS prices.

Seriously, they do this every year, they should know by now that their server can't handle this and upgrade.

Also, stuck on step 2 of checkout with Prime, I bet I don't actually get it.

Just a quick note to save everyone some time: I called the 800 number and sat on hold for almost an hour only to be told that they can't do anything on their end to place or complete orders.
