Gamespot has uploaded a second Transformers DOTM Video game trailer to their YouTube account. The trailer clocks in at a healthy 1 minute and 20 seconds and we get a good look at the new winged character rumored to be Laserbeak! Check out the embedded video below!

0:14 I think I saw thrust or breakaway (or at least his movie mold) in there on the left! And maybe the middle flyer is Dirge seeing as he has a conehead (Its a stretch but maybe the other bot is ramjet?)

At first I must scream WARPATH! LASERBEAK! BREAKAWAY! MIXMASTER! AERIALBOT! EARTH SOUNDWAVE!

Now that's out of my system, I can say that this looks quite different to ROTF, and much more similar to WFC (obviously with the developer and all). This is a real shame because the ROTF multiplayer, I felt, was innovative, high-pace and generally kick-ass, whilst WFC's multiplayer was lackluster, at least in my opinion. Could be interesting though - I enjoy shoulder-shooters like WFC, Ghostbusters and Resi 4.
Did anyone else spot Ironhide's hover mode? Seems cool but I think High Moon are trying to make it too much like WFC.

Hmm, looks like it's shaping up pretty good. May be fun, and the graphics definitely look like they've improved a bit since the last trailer. As long as there aren't cheap weapons like the Magma Frag Launcher and it has little lag or server errors and problems, this could have me glued for some time!

Awesome! This looks like WFC but with the movie verse. so, somehow, still good, just coz its off the WFC engine. The car mode guns work perfectly for the WFC style, but I wonder about the car mode side straffing, might be somthing you only see in the game. Either way, i'm sure this will be one more TF game where I kill you all online.

All of this epicness is too much to handle...my mind might explode.

But...WARPATH!!!! This is starting to fit into my theory that the last figures of Generations before DOTM are secret teasers to DOTM characters. Wheeljack is rumored, we've seen TC's DOTM toy, Warpath is in the video game. Hmm...
Soundwave appears to have an earth mode here. Can't wait to see what it is.
I must of missed the Breakaway jet somewhere in the video...could it be Air Raid who we've seen pictures of?
And Optimus is holding an interesting saw weapon at the end.

The way they hover around and strafe when their weapons are deployed bakes me think this is going to play much more like WFC.

Warpath = win. Hope he gets a figure.

Very nice indeed! I like the fact we'll be getting a sneak-peak of Soundwave's Earth-look! (The people at tfw2005.com are comparing the pieces of his body to the gull-wing-door Mercedes seen on the film set!)

Goddamn, I hope those aren't the finished graphics... Those were Godawful!

The part that I liked best that was in wfc but was radically different in rotf was the fact that transformations were assigned to 1 button and you did not have to hold it down. That was the biggest let down imo of rotf is that you could not drive in reverse and I constantly ran into buildings.
This game looks awesome and may be the first transformers game I purchase on its first day of release.
Throw in some g1 skins and I'd be super happy.

Definitely exciting.


...Still not thrilled about all the WfC stuff though. Megs uses Drain at 1:00, someone else mentioned Ironhide strafing...eh.

I want to play a MOVIE game. Not WfC with Movie characters. I get enough of that from WfC, and hopefully WfC 2 (I would be amused if #2 was further away from the first than this game is, ha hah!).

And whoever mentioned the graphics...the textures are not terribly impressive, are they? The character models look fine to me. The object/terrain, again, not so much. Ratchet's green is going to take some getting used to. It's so bright here.

great laserbeaks a goddamn zoid pokemon, least warpath looked cool. I think those were the airealbots in the plan, looked alot like the models from the ROTF game. Ill wait til i see live gameplay before i judge this game im not going to damn it just cause the movie looks like crap, i hated the ROTF movie but found the game enjoyable. God i hope soundwaves earth mode isnt a damn truck.

To me, it's a mash between War for Cybertron, Revenge of the Fallen, and Dead Space 2. Weird...

I must say, I am extremely impressed. Warpath looks amazing and Cullen's speech totally sells this game. Interested to see what he meant by evil lying dormant when it pans to Shockwave. It may support the Shockeave theory posted in the Live Action Films forums. Glad to see Soundwave and Lazerbeak/Buzzsaw looks good. Megatron looks like his ROTF self in the game though, not the new version we've seen on set..

Well, I'm hoping that Soundwave doesn't change his alt mode. I like him as a satellite and there wouldn't really be any point in trying to disguise himself now.

Warpath will definitely be in the movie, as i distinctly recall seeing that exact same head on a pole from the Chicago shoot. I am most excited to see a Mixmaster and Longhaul tied to this new Transformers movie. Is it possible we could get another Devastator!!!!??? That would be sick!!! He was gotten rid of way too easily the first time around!!!
