Here at Seibertron.com we have one simple philosophy

BE EXCELLENT TO EACH OTHER

We have four basic rules
1. No personal attacks/threats
2. No adult (18+) material
3. No discussion nor promotion of illegal activities
4. No pseudo-modding

What does it all mean?
1. No personal attacks/threats
This includes, but is not limited to, personal attacks/threats on a person for their race, religious beliefs, sexual preferences, cultural background, upbringing, personal appearance etc posted publicly on forums and sent via private messages.

This NOT limited solely to members of Seibertron.com. Personal attacks/threats against non-members (e.g. Comic book Writers/Artists, Movie Producers/Stars/Directors, Toy Designers etc) will also not be tolerated.

Remember, your opinion is just that, your opinion. It is NOT necessarily right.

2. No adult (18+) material
Do not post images, videos or links to material which is deemed illegal by anyone under the age of 18.

3. No discussion nor promotion of illegal activities
This includes but is not limited to drug use, Theft, solicitation of a minor, Illegal downloading of movies and copyright infringement (including the distribution of files such as video game ROMs and PDFs of commercially available books).

4. No pseudo-modding
If there is a problem on the forums, and this can range from someone posting in the wrong section to someone being outright abusive, please do not try to take control of the situation. Simply use the "Report this Post" button, this can be found in the top right hand corner of each post.

Rule violation? This is what happens...
You'll get a "tap on the shoulder" from a Moderator. Most times it will just be a "Hey, you over stepped the rules a bit there, please don't do it again". Now if that tap on the shoulder doesn't work, then we have to get serious (and we REALLY don't want to do that). So you will then be issued a warning.

• After three warnings - 3 day suspension
• After two more warnings (five in total) - 7 day suspension
• Keep breaking the rules and earn another warning (six in total) - Permanent ban (we really don't want to get to that point)

Seibertron.com staff reserve the right for an earlier Permanent ban if it's obvious to us that the User in question has no reason to be on Seibertron.com other than to cause trouble

If you are banned, do not create another account.

Signature Guidelines
We all like to show off a bit, but most of us don't like to have to scroll through a huge signature. So we've established some guidelines!
• Physical dimensions of your signature - 500pixels W x 375pixels H OR 375pixels H x 500pixels W - You can go smaller, but nothing larger. (e.g. 500px x 400px or 400px x 500px)
• Filesize of an image in your signature cannot exceed 100k
• Youtube videos are permitted to be used in your signature
Only ONE image OR video is permitted in your signature

Private Messaging System
The private messaging system is a part of the Seibertron.com Energon Pub Forums and as such is bound by the forum rules. This means that the private messaging system should not be used to send personal attacks, adult material, discussion or promotion of illegal activities, unsolicited spam, etc. If you receive a private message that is in violation of the forum rules we encourage you to report the PM.

Staff reserve the right to limit your use of the private messaging system if you are found to be abusing it.

Account Issues
