So, y'all might know I have some serious love for the original MMPR Zords. I never had the toys when I was a kid... which was odd. I grew up with Transformers and Ninja Turtles but for some reason my mom refused to let me get into MMPR. When the Legacy series came out, I jumped at it. I got the Megazord, Dragonzord (my favorite), but missed out on Titanus. They're the original three. I did however get the black and gold Legacy variants of all three, and unfortunately the proper white Titanus is costs a boatload on the ebayZ
Enter the Soul of Chogokin. They made a Megazord. He was expensive, and I conditionally passed. I said to myself "well.... if SOC makes a Dragonzord then maybe".... and they did. I did buy one of them, he's currently on his way. Now there's the SDCC SOC Megazord floating around, done up in Dragonzord colors (OH BABY)... and now this bugger too!
I'm tellin ya, HLJ really burns my ass sometimes. I watch (on a daily basis) their home page. What it SHOULD show is all new preorders as they pop up. But they pretty much just pick and choose what they want to toss up there, which has made me miss out on all three of these SOC Zords so far. Because by the time they pop up on BBTS, the (cheaper) Japanese sites are long sold out.
I'm already on the fence about this SOC Titanus, because other than being more detailed, this is the one who will essentially be exactly the same as it's Legacy (and original) counterpart. He's a tank with a long neck. And now if I want him, I'm going to have to pay top dollar through BBTS.
