Hello Transfans! I figured it was about time that I display my meager and not quite complete collection. It is a work in Progress.

I have the unfortunate disposition of not being able to properly display my collection. Let me tell you the story. I had a Condo once upon a time. I had some difficulty in a family break up, and sold my Condo, moved back home. The money from the Condo went to opening my own business.

once I moved back home, I had to store my collection. It remained there for a long time. My parents are constantly moving to new houses, so my collection has moved with them. I moved into a home with my Girl Friend. needless to say that home is 3 bedrooms, but no storage space.

The extra Room is for my daughter, whom I get on weekends.

the Other room is being reserved for a future roommate.

So the images of my collection, are taken from my office conference room. where I moved my collection due to continued disrespecting of their worth. Plus I have tons of other items I plan to sell on eBay. So for right now, my collection is back in their Tubs, and in storage limbo until I can secure a proper location for them to be stored undisturbed..It sucks, but what can you do you know?

So that is where I am and why the images are taken in my conference room here at the office.
I tried to get as much of the collection into the shots I took, so I hope you can make out what I own.

It is not much, and is not nearly as much as many here own, but it is my prize possessions, and I love them all.

I know I shouldn't feel bad about my current situation and all, but between child support, pay cuts to make sure we run and make our bills, and rent.. it is tough to find the means sometimes..

so anyhow, with that all out of the way here is my collection: (Note: right click and select view image to get the full picture)

well that is it, that is my small collection, which is now safely stored..for the time being.
Oh to finally set up a complete MISB display with a few out of box figures for posing fun..someday.. someday..

I hope you guys enjoyed my sharing, and it is not much of a collection..but I am slowly getting there..

by the way, I have a skywarp and Ultra Magnus 2 pack coming in the mail, and the city commander Armor set from Fan's Project coming too. I also ordered the Superion Upgrade pack and I am buying Superion on Friday. So those will be added to the collection. As well as some more classics and Henkei. And I am going to definitely get the G3 trailer. then I think I'll be ready for the Movie figures..and More Masterpieces.. phew.. lots to order and buy..

why thanks! I appreciate the Support and words of encouragement..but compared to some on here, I know I have a loooong way to go..

I am glad you appreciate my MISB decision.. placing loose figures in a tote, and such is just not my style.. I like Big colorful boxes, each one a work of art unto itself, especially the collector Friendly Takara Stuff.. Wowee!! they make it easy to open, display and reseal..

though I haven't done much of that, lately it's been buy and quickly store..

If yours is 'meager' mine is downright pitiful.

Of course I'm also poor, and I have a terrible tendency to play with mine. (They just look so...imprisoned in that box! I have to free them!)

The Korean stuff brings back memories. And regret--dammit, why didn't I get that stuff when I was there?!?!

I have to say I do like the very clean and organized look of a fully boxed collection.

Wow, that's not a bad display as-is. MISB goodness, sometimes I wonder if I'm missing out, as one who opens his TFs.

Congrats, I do hope you get to set them up as you would like someday soon.

I suppose one of the coolest things about having an MISB collection is that once I have everything I desire in my collection.. I will have it all set up nice an neat like, almost like my own personal toy shop.. where It will feel very naughty and fun to find a closed boxed figure and open it for the 1st time! now that is excitement and the fun of the MISB collection..
everytime I look at it I want to just get more, and get ones that complete a set..

that reminds me, at my local comic shop i saw a few Takara Reissues that match mine.. been there for awhile, I think I can haggle him down to a decent under market price..

Whenever I see someone call their collection "small" or "meager" I prepare to be blown away. Good show, your collection is awesome Skywarp. I wish I had the willpower to keep my figures MISB.

It takes a lot of will power, but when your situation is not as stable as mine is, then it makes it easy..

plus I bought tons of Marvel Legends back in the day, and opened a good portion of them.. then realized the ones that were open felt somehow less worth while.. so I decided from there on to do MISB with something I wanted to collect.. and well that has pretty much been my collecting style since..

excellent Bro, totally a worthwhile figure!! but I am still sorry it took so long for me to get some shots of it.. I think i remember a crappy cell phone image at one time, but these are much better, though my hands tend to shake when I'm nervous..

That's a club I would like to be in, and SW2, all I have to say is WOW, they look so good MISB. But how do you have any fun with them? I cannot deny that there is awesomeness in opening new toys, but to just have them all staring at you there, begging to be opened... you have a lot of will power my friend.

Wow.. MISB goodness for sure.. Very impressive.. I tend to keep my collection half and half.. Half opened and half loose.. I customize figures so it's hard to keep them all MISB.. I normally keep the uber valuabe ones MISB.. Never be ashamed or embarresd of your collection brotha!!!!

You got way more stuff then I thought according to your thread title earlier.

Your stuff looks great! Have you opened any, or do you prefer to keep them all sealed? Although they do seem to convey a much more grand appearance when they're still in the boxes... Nice collection - hope it keeps growing!!

I couldn't do that. I have to open the box and play with them at least once.

Still, I wish I kept some of my G1 boxes, with all their styrafomy goodness.

Excellent collection! I've always liked the Japanese BW angled boxes. They stack really nice and look really good.
