Seems kind of weird that Slag won't be with him (he was part of the same original order, and he's showing up Tuesday), but I'm not complaining;
Amazon hasn't let me down yet.
I'm still holding out hope that it's way earlier than February when my 2 Sweeps get shipped.
Another thought I've had is that it's going to be a bummer if PulseCon doesn't give us at least an early peek/look at the next SS86 Dinobot.

My version of that surprise is my Sharkticons shipping from Entertainment Earth.
Considering that, according to those SS wave breakdowns for next year we got a few weeks back, the next Dinobot in question isn't due out until the same time as this year's Slag & Grindor wave, I'd expect to be bummed.Sowndwave76 wrote:Another thought I've had is that it's going to be a bummer if PulseCon doesn't give us at least an early peek/look at the next SS86 Dinobot.

Rodimus Prime wrote:I have found Wreck-gar on 3 separate occasions and in hand he doesn't look very good. He seems kinda cheap and simple to me. Definitely not a $30 figure. I'm glad he was an easy pass, as I never liked his character from the movie either. I do want him represented on my movie shelf, so I might track down a PotP figure instead.

We look at figures through very different lenses. Wreck-Gar is pretty boss if you ask me. I have two of em.

I think he's pretty boss too. I especially like how solid he feels and how they pull off the illusion of the front if the bike becoming his head.

After those two I think I'm pretty much done unless they make a new Hound, Bltizwing and Astrotrain, or reissue Dirge and Ramjet.

No source, just speculation since I try to keep my expectations as low as possible for new figures. And I really would not put it past Hasbro

There's no way Hasbro would get away with a simple redeco of Netflix Soundwave with a head swap. Those days are over. They know we expect G1 authenticity now. Kingdom/Legacy Blaster may turn out to be an extensive retool of Soundwave, or based on some of the core engineering, but you better believe Blaster will look the part in both modes. Personally, I'm betting Blaster gets his own unique mold. We already pretty much know it will be repainted as Shattered Glass Blaster for next year, so there's a reuse of the mold already.
