Look again, the listings have 3 Arcees. A TF6 Arcee (Bumblebee movie) and a SS86 Arcee in Studio Series, and a Prime Arcee in Legacy. Also the leakers have indicated the SS86 one is just a repaint of the ER one.

No offense to the ones making these decisions, but seriously? Isn't once in ER and then in Kingdom not enough for a bot that you can actually still buy in both formats at retail price or less? If Hasbro wants to repack something how about Netflix Bee! Or Dirge & Ramjet for that matter. Granted Exclusives tend to have a year before the can repackage for regular release elsewhere so we likely won't see them again until after the new movie focus is done.

While I like Arcee well enough to complete the movie I don't understand her appeal aside from that.

I think Netflix Bee is done, it was speculated that the licensing from VW allowed for a 1-time release. But that's just speculation, even if it makes sense.

Hasbro and Takara should just re-issue the Thrilling 30 Arcee figure with a paint job to match the recent Masterpiece version in terms of cartoon character model fidelity. That older figure is still perfectly in scale with the modern War for Cybertron and Studio Series '86 figures. Plus, they could nix all of the non-G1 movie and cartoon accessories (e.g., energon swords) to save on plastic costs to fit her into the current Deluxe Class budget and pricing scheme. If it must be the Earthrise/Kingdom mold again, they could at least do a little remolding to improve the feet and add some fillers to the shoulder pauldrons. Even if the conversion remains the same, with the fiddley shellforming and major partsforming, the figure could at least knock it out of the park with the robot mode sillhouette and color detailing. Only then might it be worthy of the level of screen accuracy we should expect from a "Studio Series" release.

I'm just waiting for the payoff. You know somewhere (probably at a Walmart that never clearances anything) there will be on the pegs:
Legacy Prime Arcee
SS86 Arcee
SS Bumblebee Movie Arcee
Leftover RED Prime Arcee
Leftover Kingdom Arcee
Really leftover ER Arcee
Super shelfwarming SS52 Arcee triplets.

I took Pics of ER Arcee, SS RotF Arcee , and Cyberverse Arcee all on the pegs at once last year. Yeah having BB(MV6) Arcee and SS86 Arcee next year (which aren't that different from WFC Arcee), seems like quite a bit of overkill.

Dumb question, but just because I'm a *numbers* guy... Does anyone think there will be a main SS toy numbered as 86, or to avoid confusion, do you think they will just go 85 then skip to 87. lastly, it may be a while a way, but I would think/hope that #100 would be something special (not a Bumblebee for instance).
Bucket/Want List: Botcon 2016 Customization Class Ratchet (G2 Deco), or Customization Class Ratchet (Marvel Comics Deco) **would also be willing to pay for an Unpainted Botcon 2016 Ratchet, TT Legends Fortress Head (only) with working Electronics

Wish List of Modern Combiners: Road Caesar, Monstructor & Dinoking (proper size to fiction), Landcross, Guard City, Battle Gaia, & G2 Defensor. Wish List of Titans:Metrotitan,Majin Zarak

From the SS thread:

TF-fan kev777 wrote:Okay, so something just occurred to me. What is going to happen to the numbering for regular studio series when we get to 86? Will there be a live action movie number 86 or will they just skip to 87? Also, will core figures get numbers in the regular or SS86 numbering (can't see why not)?

I think we have this year ending with High Octane Bee as SS79 and no further exclusives. Let's assume core figures get numbers.
If the first 2 waves don't change, this gives us wave 1 ending with a perfect break at number 86.
SS80-81 Shockwave/Ravage
SS82-84 Ratchet/Wheeljack/Brawn
SS85 Soundwave

I'm betting they just skip to numbers 87-88 for wave 2 for Arcee/Ironhide

Back during PRID at Target you had PRID Bee, Shadow Bee, Beast Hunters Bee, and then a Target exclusive repaint of BH Bee that was part of some Target subline. That's not even counting the repaint with new head of the mold.

Just got 3x 86 Sweeps to go with my Scourge!

Uh ... I didn't expect so many of my preorders to come in all at once. Between this, the Scorpinok reissue, the Gnaws, and some others ... geez.

Still, it's a nice recolor of the already great Scourge mold. And the open hands weren't distressingly hard to turn! (I shaved the peg down a bit on Scourge himself to avoid any problems.)

I still prefer the colors on Scourge himself. I like the muted bluish purple he has. But I'm glad I can make the Sweeps differently colored. Even though they looked exactly the same as Scourge himself in the movie and show as a collector I like Scourge to be just a bit different.

Saw two Thrusts each at Walmart and Target Friday, but no Wreck-Gars.

Also, Target cancelled by Gnaw pre-order. As usual they claimed I didn't respond to a delay alert that I never got. I get them for Wreck-Gar pretty often and have approved all of them, but rarely for Gnaw.

IMO Sweep should have been sold as UK comic book Scourge. He doesn’t look right as a Sweep, because all of the Sweeps are the exact same color as Scourge. Unfortunately I had to buy one to find this out. Fortunately Sweep is good for a hand swap to make an open handed Scourge that stands out from the other 3.

Wreck Gar is a pretty nice figure. He needed a rider so I finally got the Generations Deluxe Wreck Garr mold in the form of Gen Junkheap. I think the combo is just perfect.

Any word of SS Snarl? We all joke about his "limited" appearance in The Movie. But will he be part of this line, or no?

Nothing recent, but there was a rumor that the last 2 dinobots would be in Legacy or some other line down the road. That would imply that SS86 has some type of end in sight before completing all 5 dinobots. Not sure if that is still the case.

While it would almost be a meme not to include Snarl in this line. A friend of mine, who was really a big fan of the Dinobots, has got back into collecting due to their appearance in SS86. In his words, this is the closest HasTak are likely to get to completing G1 representation of the team. He gave up on ever seeing their Masterpiece counterparts.

In my recent hunts I've started to see SS BB Thrust showing up, but no Wreck-Gar or even any deluxes at all to speak of. So I went to look online and found out the case assortment is 2 Thrusts to one Wreck-Gar (WHY). But I went looking further and found out that the wave 14 case is actually 2 Sweeps and 1 Wreck-Gar, which is PERFECT since I had planned on two Sweeps to back up Scourge. So I cancelled my two from Hasbro Pulse and ordered this case from Entertainment Earth. It even qualifies for free shipping.
