I don't like them at all. Especially Ransack.

But the little bastard may actually be in the movie, so we'll see how that goes. They gotta fill that 40+ robots quota some how!

Wow. Way off their. First They don't care about the fans, the only thing they care about is selling a stolen figure for $200. The reason that they most likely keep them blurry is they know there is higher demand when someone is buying something as a collector that no one has seen before. This is the same thing that happened with the Sound wave prototype. Don't say that they took the time to take photos of it in every position possible, but didn't take the time to focus it.

It's a frickin Bi-Plane! That's hilariously awesome, I'm gonna be forced to buy it just for the alt mode.

And if the boat really is named Depth Charge than I will be forced to buy him as well.

Nope, IIRC all the Combaticons were World War II machines before Starscream added the personality componants.

EDIT: The two aircraft - what looks like a P-51 Mustang and some form of small bomber - become Vortex and Blastoff, respectively.

If they make the scout class vehicles into actual movie characters, then we will see these in the movie, however, the scouts from the first movie, weren't toys; they were just used in the comic book continuum outside of the movie.

And they've already kinda blown the identity of the geriatric robot by previously posting the jetfire bio, where it says he's an older decepticon that joins the autobots... if i remember correctly...

Makes sense. It would make him a G1 & G2 homage. G1 for name, G2 for the Rotorforce biplane was named Ransack as well.

Meantime is the only movie figure I EVER bought.
I never liked these movie figures at all, doing my best to ignore them, though they glut the toy aisles.

But really. I really hope these two figures are just photoshopped "gag" disinformation that Bay referenced he'd be engaging in way back.

You know if the Biplane is in the Movie he might be stationed in Egypt. You know we always see old Biplanes in Egypt.

A little blurry (OK, a LOT blurry) but so far I'm digging the biplane. The boat looks cool too.

Not every Transformer must turn into a 2009 vehicle. Heck, it's more likely that some alien landing at random in on earth would bump into something vintage than the latest showroom models and prototypes like we saw in the movie.

LOL A Model T Bot.

Have you ever seen the displays at the Henry Ford Museam? It's not just old Ford cars. It's a massive collection of machines from the last 200 years. Rows of anything from bicycles, to airplanes, to 2 story tall steam locomotives. It would honestly be a great place for a new Cybertronian to get his alt mode. I particularly love the Spirit of St Louis, Ronald Reagan's limo, and the full vintage diner they have there inside the museam.

Make something like this giant locomotive into a Transformer and you'd have one massive Transformers the scale of movie Blackout.

Now I'm a 100% sure I won't be getting anything during the time that movie toys are in stores. It is going to be the last movie all over again and I hated most of them with a couple of exceptions.

I was thinking it could be from the same airspace museum as Jetfire. But personally I don't think this figure is in the movie. They should have some fun with it in the comic though.

Hmmm... I'm really not liking the look to Ransack. He looks like a 2007 Movie figure instead of the other 2009 ones, Yuck. And his color scheme is very dull. I do like the Alt.

Depthcharge on the other hand is really cool looking. Both robot and boat. Cool color scheme too, but it needs to be bolder.

Ransack has a stupid robot mode and a cool alt mode. The robots in the out of package pics look like somebody got paid to quickly come up with a transformation type of forms. The legs of both of them look just stupid the way they transformed them. It looks like somebody that only played with McDonald's Happy Meal Go-Bots was the person who tried to transform them. They were the same people who transformed the TF models in the old catalogs and character sheets that came with the G1s.

A Biplane will look cool in film but how incredibly weak must that Decepticon's body be? Depthcharge's alt mode looks like it will be quite awesome on the movie. His robot form looks very, very cool. I suspect Ransack will look much cooler on film than in these toys.
