Unfortunately no. I could've gotten him but I didn't want to spend that much on a repaint, even an awesome repaint.
Sigma Magnus wrote:I can't identify 75% of those random weapons.

Anyway, awesome pics! Glad to see you enjoy those two. Now, who are the two on the way...?

At first I thought the hands were slightly too small for 5 mm handles but I pushed them in a little and they fit perfectly. No stress marks. These are the weapons I used-
Pistols- PE Constructicon Gun Upgrade
Long barreled gun- PE Constructicon Gun Upgrade
Double barreled gun- Classics Prime
Long sword- Target AoE Silver Knight Optimus and Grimlock 2-pack
Short sword- PRID Voyager Optimus
Rifles- CW Hot Spot
Ah, you'll just have to wait and see who they are...

Not-Tarn is so gooood. MMC knocked it out of the park. It's so perfectly Milne. He's a lot of fun to articulate and he looks amazing in every pose. He's quite hefty and incredibly well made. The transformation is simple but its my kind of conversion, gets from one fantastic mode to the next in a fun and productive fashion. I can't wait to hopefully pose him with Carnifex and Tyrantron in another 6 or so months.

Pink Assassin is fuuuuuun. I don't know what else to see say but that, it's a fun little IDW Arcee . Excellent articulation for the size with a fine altmode. The accessories are perfect and there were two Windblade swords in the box, which is weird but they're neat weapons. It's also a good way to get me to buy their Windblade. :HEADHURTS: I'll definitely consider getting more Iron Factory. I especially have my eyes set on their Shockwave, he's only $24.99(!), and the Seekers because they look cool.

Well Krok, Perceptor, Kup, and Topspin are lots of fun. No pictures or extensive thoughts till probably Saturday since we're going on a cruise tomorrow. We've been in Florida for the past few days, so those guys weren't found at my usual stores. This cruise means no internet for the most part so I doubt I'll be on Seibertron, not that I post much to begin with. But for now, have a picture I should have taken way earlier in the day with guys I brought with me. :D

I think they just decided to stop giving free service, now you have to pay the $400 per year. At first I thought people were just running out of space but then it happened to everyone, and I sure haven't hosted as many photos as Cobotron (I think). Like everyone else has said, that's a pretty scummy move on PB's part. You'd think the million ads on their pages would give them enough revenue.

Yes. They are demanding you now pay $400 dollars a year for third party image hosting. It used to be free to a point, then $30 a year. It's a real downer.

Been a while so here's a little post of stuff and things. In the past few weeks I saw The Lego Batman Movie and Spider-Man: Homecoming. Both of them are really good films. They're definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen them yet. Took this photo after seeing Spider-Man and getting inspired.

Nothing new in stores TF-wise. Just need to get around to picking up TLK Voyager Prime and one of the TR Highbrows hanging around for a custom.

Oh and I did a thing to the first post.

I like the Legends setup. Honestly I'd be collecting them, but for simple action figures I can't believe the price they are. They're more expensive than TF's!

Marvel Legends is one of the most, if not the most, frustrating and expensive lines to collect. Hasbro is doing an excellent job these days but there are so many waves. If you're not getting the entire wave or the ones you want right when they come out you're out of luck because a new wave is going to be out in a month. Because of that I don't end up getting many but I try to get the MCU ones when they come out. I'm not really as attached to any of the characters as I am with Star Wars or Transformers, which is a pretty big thing when it comes to my collecting. The price really starts getting rough if you're getting more than two at a time.

Well, I'm finally able to post this after almost a month of arduous summer Honors school work. Perhaps I should start it earlier next year... But anyway here's some things I got during August.
Image
Sawback and Fangry were $2.50 at Walmart so I picked 'em up. They're neat like the other TMs. Also on clearance at Walmart was the Lego Krennic's Imperial Shuttle. I do have a large collection of Lego Star Wars but it's kinda taken a back seat since my resurgence in Transformers and action figures in general. But Walmart had this $89.99 set on clearance for $34.99! I couldn't resist at that price and it's a pretty good set. Picked up the Legacy MMPR White Ranger because I used to watch this DVD of the Power Ranger's Greatest Hits when I was younger and it had the White Ranger's introduction. So I got it purely for nostalgia, just like I will get the Dino Thunder ones coming later in the year. The weekend Defenders came out I found the Marvel Legends Punisher and Daredevil at a Toysrus. They're really good MLs.

And what you all were waiting for, TLK Voyager Megatron. He's flippin' fantastic. As soon as I took him out of his cardboard and plastic prison I knew I'd love it. The only problem with the figure is the lack of a few swivels. He definitely needed wrist swivels but a waist swivel couldn't really work to be honest. Easily one of my favorite figures of the year though. Expect a picture dump for him later.

I usually try to strike a balance between TFs, MLs, and Star Wars with varying success. I still have wanna get the MCU Guardians of the Galaxy, Vulture and the other wing pieces, the rest of the Netflix wave (minus Blade), and the MCU Ragnarok figures. Hasbro has just been nailing all of the movie figures lately. Luckily the TF list is a bit shorter.

As for constructive critiques, I'd say try to convey each blow a bit more. For me, I try to choreograph every attack before I film (I came up with the stuff for TLK Prime and Megs the night before while I was falling asleep, and I actually acted it out the next morning, but that is by no means necessary  ). Not saying you didn't do that, just something to keep in mind. Otherwise, just give every punch and slice some extra impact (figure stands can help with that) to make it clear exactly what's going on, since you don't have the freedoms of these new-fangled movin' pictures. With my first fight sequence, I didn't know that yet, so I had to narrate everything. Again, just something to keep in mind.

Anyway, if this is the first of many, then damn, what a way to start! :michaelbay: Great work, and I can't wait to see more.

Oh, and is this gonna be another living toybox situation, or are you going for something different?

All very valid points. While I was taking the pictures the flow was definitely something I was trying to figure out. Can't say I was satisfied though. Figure stands would definitely help in the future, though the ones I have wouldn't have worked for these two. But it's the first one and it didn't need to be perfect, not that any future ones will be perfect.
Thanks a ton. :D
No I don't see this being the kind of situation going on in the Fortress as of right now. These fight scenes and such will just happen in my headcanon whenever I feel inspired to make them.

Well I love Striker and Rioter and Erebus is getting rave reviews so I'm definitely getting the mold at some but I'm not sure which version. The god bomber parts look fantastic but I don't really have a use for a big and beefy Prime. However I'm not opposed to a big and beefy Nemesis Prime. If they announce parts for Erebus too there'll be no question as to which version I'll get, but right now I'm leaning towards Erebus. You?

Did you see the designs for Galvatron and Jetfire? I can't wait to replace TR Galvatron with CD Galvatron.

Definitely Manus. I've always wanted a God Ginrai set of some kind. G1 is too expensive, the Legends one seems flawed and looks off to me, but Thunder Manus is just right. And affordable too.

And they revealed Galvatron and Jetfire?!
