No, HLJ sold out and getting these for under Japanese MSRP was probably the only way I was gonna do it. Was going to use them as stand-ins for some of the Raiden members.

If I had gotten them, unless there's some fiction for these things, I would have used Shinkalion E5 Hayabusa (the teal one) as a female while Shinkalion E6 Komatchi (the red one) and Shinkalion E7 Kagayaki (the blue one) would be males.

AFAIK BBTS never got them in and that was really the only way I was going to try them out. As it is, seeing how they're all the same mold with one or two differences I'm in no rush to get them.

Oh man, how sweet would it be to a set of these train bots, and redesigned G1 style omega to go with the set!

Animated commercial that reveals that E5 Hayabusa and 500 Kodama can cross (as in, combine) with each other!

Well, never got any of the original figures but I just got two from the new series. There's a lot of parts forming but the figures are more articulated and feature a refreshed cross combining gimmick, both arms and legs can be replaced. This line is huge in Japan, I'd say bigger than Transformers.
