Once upon a time, I despised emoji's, happy faces, ect. I saw them as juvenile. But now I see that we're a society that lives heavily in text, and they help convey emotion and mood.

But there's a lot of things out there that simply encourage laziness. And yeah, this is preachy and annoying. Apologies, I'm just old :lol:

There's a fine line between laziness and efficiency.

'Course, my wife correctly identifies where I am on that line all the time... 8-}

I disagree. Meme's I feel catpure things even better than emoji's, and actually take effort to create and make relevant. A picture is worth a thousand words

Not sure why it never made news here but Takara showed off the release version of Targetmaster Kup... and he's movie accurate turquoise and light teal. They recolored him again before release.

Those colors look GOOD!

My memory escapes me. Have we seen Whirl from Takara before? I know they released that T30 mold as Shockwave, but as Whirl.....?

They did actually release Whirl and Roadbuster; I'm pretty sure in slightly more marvel-accurate colour schemes. It baffles me why they're here though since they were released a couple years back... unless they're using them to show off a certain other couple of Marvel UK Wreckers

That huge display featured every single toy released (or known to be coming) in the Legends line at the time, going all the way back to LG01 Rattle/Rattrap.

It's about time some new pics of Hotrod/Kup surfaced. I figured they'd be shipping already. I'm waiting for a monstrous bill to come due. Let's say I ordered more than a couple Sharkticons :lol:

I still find it surprising they were released there as such at all, given the origins of their G1 toys. Legal loophole, I don't know. Their Cloud redecos Roadbuster (Energon Ironhide) and Shockwave were creative, I give them that.

I do have hope that Topspin and Twin Twist will be released there, but I suspect TakaraTomy hasn't figure out how yet. They'd be releasing two pretools really close to eachother, which is a bit risky, not to mention they're the last two unique molds of the line, Sky Shadow aside.

I know SEP is almost over and both Hot Rod and Kup were listed as SEP release. My big bill has already been payed with pre-order, but I am waiting on delivery. Gonna be sweet; Hasbro Overlord, Takara Kup, Hot Rod and Astrotrain. Then I have Takara Brawn, Doublecross and Octane also pre-ordered for DEC. That will finish up my Titans Return/Legends stuff, except for Ramhorn if I ever find one. I skipped both Sharkticons and got the 3 pack 3rd party ones.

Looks like maaybe AmiAmi has them in too? I don't know the site's layout well enough to be certain, but it looks like I can pay for Kup (the only one I ordered) now so I think they're ready to go

Not that it matters since I'm already getting them, but don't we usually see more official photos from Takara right before they're released?

Transformers collector Alfes2010 has posted some new Takara Legends compairison pictures over on Twitter! The photos, forwarded to us by seibertronian Cyberpath, feature Takara Legend LG-44, LG-45, and LG-46, (Sharkticon, Hot Rod, and Kup), compared with their Hasbro counterparts!
The pictures show the pretty significant difference in decos and, in some cases, molding between the figures

Check out the photos below and tell us which version to these characters you'll be picking up!

I canceled hot rod a couple months ago and I’m honestly going back and forth on him. He looks nice but the TR one and upcoming power of the primes one do just fine.

Kup however I can’t wait. I ordered him even when they had that grey version.

Gnaw is a straight up Nah. I got 7 already and thy look good. Yes it’d be nice to have an alpha but it’s not needed.
