I didnt mean to insinuate that. I was just wondering if they were into hasbro as much as we are into takara. And I asked because hasbro seems to have a bigger interest in cost cutting and is "usually" the inferior version of the product.

On the whole I'd say no (I don't blame them), but as before, if there are figures exclusive to Hasbro ("USA Editions" aside) they will buy them, much like some of us buying TakaraTomy toys with no Hasbro counterpart.

and i believe that is indeed rattrap, in the company of his great-aunt arcee.
Yep. That's how he's drawn in the Legends manga in the moments when he's not supposed to resemble his toy. He looks more like his toy in other moments when he turns into his toy body form.prjkt wrote:Is that supposed to be Rattrap?

A thing to note:
Airazor is not necessarily female in this manga series, as per the original Japanese conventions. Which means Nightscream (that bat watching AoE) may be female as per his Japanese portrayal. I believe Rhinox did say in one yonkoma only one of the two coffee ladies was actually a girl, but he never said which one (much to Rattrap's dismay).
And who's that girl with Whirl, right behind Tankor (actually Rhinox as his G1-loving nature shows with him holding the Encore)? For that matter, who Primal's little boy over there based on?

I'm looking at the CW Optimus and thinking we would look a lot better with a few more/better paint apps? Do you think this is something TT Legends will do?

I ordered mine from Robot Kingdom the other day. They're way more expensive but to be able to get certain figures earlier it's a good trade off. Personally I'm going for this version of Jetfire, for three reasons: 1) I like the lighter white color scheme. 2) I've heard far to many complaints about the red chrome flaking and well, I was never in love with it. 3) I was banking on Amazon having a lightning deal where the Hasbro version went below $30.warzon3 wrote:What do you think the TT Legends line will do for Combiner Wars...

I'm thinking they're going to do large gift sets that include the appropriate legends figure. I'm also expecting store exclusive repaints of the "Missing" team member

The chrome did flake off in my Hasbro version no thanks to the packaging rubber bands on his weapon.
