"Loud Pedal"? That's a weird name. Though, what perfect timing for Takara to announce this right after the TCC prose story that introduced Vivisector as Diaclone Black Tracks.



Also, it's apparently a Tokyo Toy Show exclusive.

Via a number of Seibertronian notifications, including by Cyberpath, fenrir72 and Sabrblade, we have a small image posted by Twitter user gadepon, regarding a black repaint (and possibly a retooled head?) of the Takara Tomy Transformers Masterpiece MP-25 Tracks mold - into an homage to the Diaclone black Corvette Stingray from Finland, with the blue toy face: MP-25L Loud Pedal! Check it out below. And be warned, this is a Tokyo Toy Show exclusive!

The picture is too small to tell, but I think the head might be Road Rage's head. Also, I might just be imagining it, but I think the faction symbol is for the Decepticons. Looks flashy and cool, though, I have to say.

In Japanese, "Garry" was used to describe any type of larger carrier vehicle and more often than not, bigger mecha have words associated with royalty or other persons in power, like "Caesar", "Kaiser", "-Jin" (meaning "god"), or "-Oh" (meaning "King").

So no, they're not as random as you may think, just creatively bankrupt

And add another new character to the G1 Universe. btw Does anybody find it odd they're now using Masterpiece for that instead of G1 reissues?

You're spelling "Dai Atlas" and "Daigunder" wrong, but "Diaclone" is correct. According to FunPub, Diaclone comes from "diamond" and "cyclone" (hence the "Cymond" universe for anything pre-TF related), but I think they were grasping at straw there

Looks awesome, shame he's an exclusive, I wouldn't have minded picking him up for ~$40 on Amazon (not sure why, but NO ONE wanted that mold, and it got discounted like crazy everywhere)
