Rocket jumping isn't that hard. Aim down, jump, and shoot. Grenade jumping? That's hard, due to the grenade's erratic movement after hitting the ground and delayed timer. Sticky jumping is easy, since you control exactly where the explosion occurs, and doing it right, (dropping two stickies instead of one) you can jump clear across a map. But if you don't do it just right, you won't survive the jump. Also you'd need to get to a health pack quick, since you'll most likely have your health dropped to the teens.

Sometimes I'm thankful we Demomen lost the war, the game would have become totally broken if we got the Gunboats for ourselves.

Through the magic (curse?) of the Holiday Sale, I have acquired L4D and L4D2. This also means I have acquired The Frying Pan with which to smack people around with.

Other Seibertronians enjoy war-themed hat simulators? This is wonderful news.

I joined as a F2P when the game became F2P, got really into it starting around Winter 2011, and have since put entirely too much real money into my digital arsenal. I main Pyro and wear the Ghastly Gibus and the Whiskered Gentleman, dubbing myself the "Gentleman Pyro". I'm hunting for other items that would augment that look, so if you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

Anyone ever needs an Engie or wants to war on the six original maps feel free to let me know.

Anyone wants me to join them on maps released after 2007 can bring me along if they want to see me run into dead ends and fail to find the correct sentry position.

So I hadn't played TF2 in a long time. So long that I forgot how much fun Vs Saxton Hale mode is.

For the uninitiated, It's a mode where everyone is intentionally overpowered and tries to kill Saxton Hale. A ton of frantic fun that might shave a few years of your lifespan from shear terror.

Actually the servers I played it on, everyone was at normal strength. Saxton himself was the one who was overpowered, having HP in the thousands and the ability to kill in one hit.

At least until people figured out how to attack him from places he can't reach...

The one I found buffed everyone's health and added a few abilities to various weapons to even things out. Saxton Hale could also be spawned as the Horseless Headless Horsemann, The Vagineer, or the Easter Bunny (Demoman in a bunny suit spouting his drunken quotes).

Guess it depends on the server. Still, even having everyone buffed up you still get one-shotted.

'Bout time we dust off this thread. I'm sure some of you, at least, have seen this. For the rest, get ready for an amazing 15 minutes:

Damn, I literally just hopped on to post this. Beat me to the punch.

Really enjoyed this 15 minute video. Hopefully this means we might be getting more of these down the road at some point.

Also something to notice; Nolan North seems to be voicing Engy and Soldier in this video.

Nolan North only voices Soldier when he screams "I TELEPORTED BREAD!" in the big battle. Rick May still voices the Soldier for most of his lines, a problem with his throat means he can't scream, though.

Nolan North is voicing Engy, though. Apparently Grant Goodeve was unavailable.
