Hi guys, so here goes. I don't have an Ironhide for my Animated collection so I decided to make one. At first, I thought of just repainting my Sentinel Prime mold into IH's colors but, I'm not too sure the result would please me. So, i went searching online and came across the red pickup truck concept design from the Allspark Almanac 2. I decided to make it! it's not perfect or anything and there are some minor areas that i'd like to revisit sometime but, for now this result makes me happy!

So, here is IH. Basically the back of Sentinel Prime mold with a list of modifications:
-Sculpted Head
-seperated front part of truck from the back part of the toy, then added lego (hero factory?) ball joints to both parts to allow the IH transformation.
-removed the plows
-removed rear wheels and attached it to the legs
-swapped the hands
-added ball jointed "fake" window panels on his shoulder. these fold under the truck in alt mode.
-added stryrene/sculpted the truck to look like IH's alt mode.
-custom cannons
-minor mods and details added to look close to the design.
-painted in IH colors

Thanks, actually Skyfire is in here too. I posted it in the Extensive mods scratchbuilds forum months ago. it's titled G1 style jetfire til i decided to call him Skyfire after someone suggested it. here's the link viewtopic.php?f=144&t=69436

The Trolls can get mad at me all they want, but THIS IS another reasin ANIMATED Should have been continued! After Prime ends, I hope they pick it back up, because there are just WAY to many questions left un answered.

Anyway, what I like the most about this custom is, givin the proper amount of time, that's pretty close to what hasbro probably would've givin us, huh? That's how good you are!

Awesome! Who was the bas figure? I know I've seen it before, but I cant think of who it is.
