You know you've thought about. Simply put, what TransFormers would you name your kids after?

If I had a girl, I'd name her Arcee. I think it's a great name. Not sure if I had a boy. I can't think a good boy's name

Aside from the fact that people -have- changed their names to that, I honestly could see myself naming a kid Orion. It's 'normal' enough that I don't think people would realize his Mom was a Transformers fangirl in her youth.

This would be a great Idea if you want your kid to grow up hating you.
With that said I'd name him Metroplex.

As much as I would like to support your naming a child after a TF, it's one of those things that sounds cool at the time but you may regret later on.

What I would offer as an idea is to choose names that you can use for an injoke. Say you really like the original minibots and have twins, if you choose names like Brian Bradley & Claudia Jean.
Brian Bradley = BB = Bumblebee
Claudia Jean = CJ = Cliffjumper

Kids get regular blah blah normal names, you know they are named after Autobots, and nobody else is none the wiser. For added kicks you could even dress them in yellow and red.

The basic convention works for most 2word names.

Personally i would be working on a S____ W____ for Soundwave.

Rodimus might work, but you'd pretty much be condemning him to a career in the adult film industry.

Naming your child after a Transformer....how much would that parent have to hate their child to attempt this?? Condemning them to a life of ridicule and abuse, especially in elementary and secondary school!

Sadly, even after saying this, I can actually see someone doing this....because some people are just that thoughtless....and STUPID!

Hmmmm... Naming a kid after a TF....
You could name a girl Elita after Elita One. That's a pretty normal sounding name.

I can't remember where I heard this or what the guy's first name was, but his last name was Hog.
He named his daughters Ima and Ura. :roll:

Just for the lulz, and no, I would never think about naming my kids like a TF, maybe Peter, Eddie or even Luke but that's it.
