I'm one of the ones who hates humans in Transformers too, but it would be like a third person shooter with TFs that you have to take down. I think that would be interesting and different, still as long as there's a balance between the humans and the robots that are actually in the game.
Or there could be 3 separate campaigns. An Autobot, a Decepticon, then a human campaign.
