I think next year will be my year to focus on Beast Wars toys. I've kind of been putting off Beast Wars related toys just for the occasion. We'll be celebrating Beast Wars in style here even if the 20th anniversary is a little absent elsewhere.

Possibly! I'll put them on the list for next year. Are the Blendtron signficance with Shockaract because of Unicron?

Yeah, it's what I remember most from the graphic novels, plus it really helps establish the 'Unicron faction' something I always hoped would be explored, but wasn't :(

...Plus Drancron The Executioner is such an epic name, can't pass that up :michaelbay:

The Blentrons were only affiliated with Shokaract in IDW's "Beast Wars: The Ascending" comics.

In Shokaract's original fiction, the BotCon 1998-2000 "Reaching the Omega Point" epic, only Antagony and the non-toy Cataclysm were his subordinates.

In Beast Wars Neo, the Blentrons' original fiction, Drancron, Rātorāta, and Elphaorpha were affiliated with just Unicron and no one else (though, Unicron did interact with the three in that series by possessing the dead body of Galvatron from Beast Wars Second).

Well, anything helps, I personally think it's a very interesting and engaging idea. I like the idea of Unicron having his own army to do his bidding throughout the multiverse.

He has his commander: The Fallen, Antagony, Rartorata, Elephorca, Drancron, Shockaract, Ramjet, Side ways, Nemesis Prime, and others I probably don't know about (didn't tarantulus insinuate that the tri-predacus council and he have 'different' ancestry...)

Sounds to me like a d@mn F%&king awesome faction to me 8-)

Someone on Facebook posted that this seems to be the intended configuration for Bruticus's weapon:

There are two little tabs on Vortex's gun-swords that connect to Brawl's little gun that help complete the sort "rail gun" look of the combined weapon.

Just tried it on my Ruination version of the weapon and the result is a more stable and sturdy weapon.

Interesting. I'll keep this in mind when Combiner Wars Bruticus is out and I do comparison pics with G1 Bruticus and FOC Bruticus.

And here we are 6 or 7 weeks later and future me is now working on Combiner Wars Bruticus' gallery. Thanks for the tip. I've got FOC Bruticus' weapon transformed properly for the first time ever thanks to you. :D

Titan Wars Fortress Maximus(i know we already got a few shots of the toy! but a proper gallery & proper look is what i was meaning)

Tian Wars Trypticon(since there was a poll as to what citybot they would also like to see in the Titan Wars....the other two were Omega & Scorponok.....& people voted for Trypticon! i guess at some point we'll eventually get to see one, so a gallery of that would be nice too! once & when it becomes available).

From Masterpiece Tracks to Movie Advanced Optimus Prime and everything in between

Sometimes my gallery process takes on a life of its own. My primary goal this week was to finish the galleries for the last 4 Masterpiece figures: Tracks, Road Rage, Red Bumblebee and Clampdown. Yesterday, I almost finished the galleries for the latter 3 which just need their group shots together which will be completed tomorrow alongside their fellow Diaclones Exhaust, "Bluestreak", and Tigertrack.

My goal today was to finish the gallery for Masterpiece Tracks. Instead, I completed the photography for a total of 9 galleries which included Masterpiece Tracks, Q-Tracks, Movie Advanced Crosshairs, AOE Generations Hot Shot, AOE Generations Snarl, Movie Advanced Snarl, Movie Advanced Stinger, Movie Advanced Galvatron, and Movie Advanced Optimus Prime. Here's how the process worked today that got me from Masterpiece Tracks to AOE Movie Advanced Optimus Prime somehow, which I had no intention of working on today.

Image

First off, Masterpiece Clampdown led to me working on the galleries of the original Clampdown, which I'd be remiss if I didn't also take this time to do Deep Cover's gallery. I hope to finish their galleries next week.

Image

Back to my primary goal, I've almost finished with Masterpiece Red Bumblebee.

Image

Masterpiece Road Rage is just about complete. Hopefully Clampdown, Red Bumblebee and Road Rage will be finished tomorrow.

Image

With Road Rage, I couldn't pass up working on Masterpiece Tracks', who I was unable to work on back in November unfortunately due to the Seibertron Store and the Holiday season. I finished up the photography part of his gallery tonight.

Image

As well as QT-17 Tracks, whose gallery I also finished tonight.

Image

Which led to this shot of both mold uses from the Q Transformers line alongside their Age of Extinction deluxe toys.

Image

And since I had Movie Advanced Crosshairs out alongside his Japanese Q Transformers figure for the shot above, I decided now would be a great time to finish his gallery which needed his robot mode shots completed.

Image

Which also led to me finally finishing AOE Generations "Hot Shot"'s gallery while I had him out, which I thought would be an appropriate time to launch along with Masterpiece Tracks and Q-Tracks.

Image

And because I had "Hot Shot" out, I decided to finish up the galleries for AOE Generations Snarl and Movie Advanced Snarl at long last, since Hot Shot's galleries needed pics of him alongside his wavemates. William-james should be happy about this one.

Image

So while I was going down this path, I decided I should finally finish Movie Advanced Stinger's gallery at long last, since the AOE tub was out. His gallery just needed comparison shots with Galvatron and Lockdown.

Image

Finishing Stinger's gallery led me to finish up the galleries for Movie Advanced Galvatron and Optimus Prime since I had Galvatron out to finish Stinger's gallery. Galvatron needed his robot mode pictures completed and both galleries needed "Galvatron versus Optimus Prime" robot mode pics to be completed.
Image

So that's how I went from Masterpiece Tracks to Movie Advanced Optimus Prime today. Hopefully the first of these completed galleries will go up tomorrow with any luck!

Can't wait to see Clampdown. Mine is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. So I'll crack him open while I check out your shots. I'm excited to see the E-hobby one too. Can't wait to compare and contrast to my Diaclone version.

I know you have big plans for Beast Wars galleries this year. Two questions.
Does that include Beast Machines?
Do you have all of the Beast Machines toys?

I own just about every Hasbro Transformer ever sold, and many many many Takara figures. I have the full Hasbro Beast Machines line (minus a couple of odd variants) as well as the recolored figures from Takara's Beast Wars Return line.

That was a fun ride, thanks for sharing. That sounds a lot how household chores go for me with the exception being that I don't actually get anything done.
