Now onto new news. After I went offline Friday, i received a package from a Cram of its tastic. Behold, my 5th masterpiece in a year and my first ever TFCC/Botcon figure, sideswipe and Depthcharge!



I've spent the weekend playing around with both, and I love them both!!! I still haven't decided which is actually more fun yet

Woo hoo!! Happy that they arrived safe and sound in alt mode and now they are in robot mode!!

Both are amazing, and I'm wondering when I'll have either back in my life already

Very cool, D! I'm digging Depthcharge....Sideswipe was one of my first faves.

As much as I've come to enjoy the later, wackier, techno-organic TF designs, those classic looks/cars were perfection. IMHO.

Swipe is my 2nd favorite TF of all time behind Trailbreaker, as characters go, so I needed to get him eventually!

Though Cram did shoot me in the foot ever so slightly: no joke, I was thinking of hitting the "add to POL" at BBTS on the G2 version when Cram offered him to me! I nearly bought him, and my rule of 1 MP per mold now holds. But no regrets!!!!

And Depthcharge is awesome!!!

But that face is AWESOME!!! as are the shoulder spiked wheels. That whole thing is wicked!!

Oh yeah, definitely, it's just hard to choose him over G1. Maybe if I end up with the OG G2..

Hello one and hello all! Got a bunch of stuff to dump on you guys today!

First up, we got a haul from Saturday. Went to a football game and decided to stop by Walmart that day. I found my Slugslinger, completing my 87 seeker squad!





I honestly can't decide which one I like more. All 3 are really cool, and they are all fairly different too. I am a bit upset with myself though cause I was transforming slugslinger to bot mode and I forgot to untab the arms from the legs, so I really janked up the tabs on his arms

In other news, I decided I couldn't wait, since he was beginning to disappear from listings, so I used an alternate, older email to get the HTS 20% off coupon and bought this big mamba jamba Thursday afternoon! He arrived Saturday while I was away, and I didn't discover him until Sunday afternoon, so he sat in the 20 degree cold for a day. But oh was he worth it!



He is definitely the best of the city titans. He is not a lazy city or base, there is transformation involved, actual transformation, and he is so frikkin cool! He doesn't beat Devastator as my favorite Titan, but he is the best of the city titans, no doubt.

And thanks to these hauls, the clones are the only guys left from TR to find! Which means I am pretty much done for the year in terms of retail figures! Yay!

And MP-36 is starting to come in stock, which means I should be hearing about mine soon, and the same goes for Firage.

I am really hoping I don't get burned by a chinese seller with Cogman though. The guy had plenty of feedback, and 2 people had already bought the figure. But I'm still worried. Iron Factory Windblade is still fresh in my mind. And it was looking like, and still is looking like, I can't get him any other way. But still, grrr. The fact that I pre-ordered War Hammer Bee to get his TLK self is kinda sad too.

I've basically given up on legion Dragonstorm and Hound. They are just too few and too expensive, much like Cogman and Bee.

I think I'm also done with RiD. I'm not concerned with getting the last 2 legions I wanted there, seeing as how I have them in other regards, and still no stock images or listings for Saberclaw or Primelock, though I would still like to find them.

I also decided to cancel my pre-order for movie the best Nemesis Prime. I don't really need the mold again, and that money will go towards Greatshot. I'm also going to get pre-orders for Barricade and maybe Dinobot, the price is really the only thing still stopping me there.

So, how are you guys? 10 days till Thanksgiving, anyone got any special plans?

Nice hauls!! I'm still waiting it out to get Trypticon, I just hope it doesn't bite me in the end! With the current state of disarray in my collection, another giant bot is the last thing I need. Someday though, maybe!!

I never thought of those 3 as the '87 seekers, but I sure do now, and now I need all of them!! I've yet to see anyone other than Triggerhappy, which I've had for months now. I'm thinking I don't need anymore Autobots, but then I think about Kup, Perceptor, Top Spin and Twin Twist. Dang it. So many Autobots!

As for the day of thanks, our new range should be arriving Thursday!! It's a 5.0 cubic foot vs the 4.4 we had, I wonder how the turkey lurkey will do!! I'm also glad it will have a window!! WHO COOKS FOOD WITHOUT WINDOWS?! This guy.

I was waiting out Tryp til I got some money or a place, but neither has really happened, and he was beginning to disappear, so I had to act!

I only started thinking of them as the 87 squad after someone said it in the TR thread, I think. But it really does fit!

On another note, I have been reading Regeneration 1 a lot recently, It's a series I really like and really enjoy, one of the favorites on my comics shelf. And while reading it, i really with we had gotten a Red and blue Perceptor and a RG1 colored Galvatron.

Awesome haul! Glad to see another completed set of 'Con Targetmasters, they're such a great set. And Trypticon too, sweet! I won't be getting him along with the remaining TR Deluxes until the holidays come around. Here's hoping my patience holds out.

Not a whole lot planned for next week, just getting a bit of mom's side of the family together for a feast. Standard stuff.

All the points about Trypy are spot on, only I'd rank him higher than Devs. Trypy doesn't require any upgrades to unlock his full potential

I still think Devastator is better. I love the combining process and while he is not full potential, he is still very good. Plus Tryp hogs so much shelf space!!

I adore Full Tilt. His alt mode reminds me of Riotgear and Treadshock from Galvatronus, and the robot face is awesome! Necro sits in his spot on Tryps head in dino mode while Full Tilt is on the chest.

So I had a decision to make last week, and I made it, and I feel pretty good about it. Money was a consideration, but the main thing was something Cary had said a long time ago, something about how the wants are sometimes better than the haves. And with that in mind and looking at how I really only wanted Masterpieces that really stand out to me, ones I love, and ones that give me a reason to want them because I want them to be exclusive to me and sort of like an ultimate trophy case, I cancelled my MP-36 pre-order the day before TFsource got them in stock. He's the 2nd figure to be cancelled this month after Nemesis Prime, and I don't regret cancelling either. I like my 5 mp's I have now, and I am far and away more looking forward to another Targetmaster, one of my favorite movie cons, and a Dinobot more than those 2.

It was hard, but it was done.

But, on a plus side, I have a box coming this week with some very special guys I have wanted for a couple years now. And they include not only some figures very special to me for their source material, but they also include my first every Transformer with a wrecking mace.

Care to guess what it could be
