Provost from Australia here,long time TF fan from the 80's.

Loved watching G1 TF's on TV cartoons when I was a kid.

Got a modest TF collection at the moment,some G1,some this decade modern and some in between.

Just realized this was a thing,

I am new to the site. Just dropping in to say hello!

I am also on The Allspark and many Facebook BST / discussion groups. In my late thirties, long time fan of Transfomers. I like to collect as well as read the IDW continuity. Have recently hit the online scene. Already have made a few friends and have met a lot of nice and interesting people.

Oops, sorry, I started posting without having ever found that thread... Fortunately enough, I ran into it randomly :lol:

anyways.

I'm Fullback_34 or Alexandre, I'm from Belgium and I've been playing with Transformers toys since 1992, when I got an Optimus Prime for my birthday. It was the first step into a.. short trip, since I got "tired" of Transformers later on in the 90s.

But after the movies that got out in the last couple years, I got back into the fandom, discovered that there was much more to the universe than a couple cartoons and toys, and, as you may have guessed, I couldn't pull my finger out of the gears.

Now I've done a fair share of reading and watching between my job, my other hobbies (airsoft, anime, guitar) and other things, and I've found another favourite character (when I as a kid, it was of course Optimus Prime since it was my first Transformer), Flanker. Mainly because he's patterned after one of my favourite IRL planes...

Anyways, see you soon in the threads, I hope to find more cool stuff to watch, read and talk about!

Hi everyone!
I've been reading Seibertron for years but didn't really know about the forum until recently.
I've been a Transformers fan since G1 but actually didn't own that many as a kid.
I bought a few RiD and Armada guys when they came out, but never really liked them that much.
Recently I got really into Combiner Wars/Titans Return/Power of the Primes and bought a ton of the G1 remakes I'd wanted as a kid.
More recently I've become completely obsessed with Beast Wars and I'm putting together a collection of those toys, especially the very weird Japanese ones.

This forum seems very cool. Hopefully I can contribute something to it!

Umm... Hi. My name is Elixa, I've been a fan of Transformers ever since I was around the age of I think six or seven and I'm currently in my very early 30s. My favorite era is the Beast Era as that was around when I was a kid and I feel it was when the series had the best writing, though I also loved Transformers Animated especially with all its little homages to both previous transformers media but to external media as well.

Hi All,

Just wanted to introduce myself. Currently getting back into Transformers (G1 and Prime) with my son. I watched it quite a bit as a kid in the 80's and am reliving the nostalgia. Does anyone have a good way of catalouging their collection? I'm trying to teach my son the importance of keeping track of the toys as well as enjoying and playing with them. Thanks!

Action Figure Checklist might be what you're after.

Transformers is one of those few brands that has several generations of fans handing the torch down to the next and its always nice to read about it. What does your son make of G1 compared to Prime?

Hi all!I'm finally signed up after lurking here for a while. I am definitely one of the grayer hair bots here. Still an enthusiastic collector and am not sure if the kid in me will every move out of the house. I have most of the G1 toys from when I was a kid. I am not a diehard collector, but like to pick up toys that pull at the nostalgia strings or are otherwise cool. Enjoying some of the Autobots from the Siege line, and some random 3rd party minibot size figures.

Hello all, I have been here a few days... or longer but I have not had time to come by and say hey. HEY!

I like to customize toys; well, gijoes are my main line that I work with but Im trying to move out to Transformers. (hit me up on my Seeker thread)

I also do a little writing, I have been working on a few Joe stories and a Transformers story starring the Beasts.

I collect Joes, Transformers and comics. The Siege line is taking all my cash :-(

I don't know if I'm allowed to post here since I'm technically not a new nember, but until yesterday I hadn't visited the site in well over five years, and I don't recall being very active back then anyways. (Also I might've done some rebranding since then, I used to go by Wing Saber II)

Anyways, I took a little hiatus from Transformers. I didn't have the finances to collect toys or get comics regularly, I wasn't really able to get into RID 2015 or Cyberverse, and I'm not a fan of the Bay movies so there wasn't really much for me to talk about Transformers-wise for a while. The Bumblebee movie resparked my interest and then I remembered this site yesterday and decided to pop in and see if it's still active, and sure enough it is.

TLDR: Getting back into Transformers after a 5-ish year hiatus

Hello,

I too have been lurking here for a few days now and wanted to introduce myself. Please call me Omega_Abyss.

I have been a fan since the old G1 cartoon and the old Marvel comics. I was not a fan of the Michael Bay films, but within the last few years I have become a fan again through the IDW comics, specifically the "More Than Meets The Eye" series.

As a consequence, I have been collecting updated versions of the toys I wanted when I was a kid. At this point, I have up through the Titans Return runs of most of the 1984 G1 Autobots and Decepticons.

I am on here primarily because I am interested talking with other fans and possibly doing some creative writing.

Looking forward to getting to know many of you!

Hello there! I've been a frequent visitor and follower of seibertron for a few years now, so I decided that it was time to officially join the community.
As for some stuff about me, I was introduced to transformers through the first live-action movie (mostly by virtue of it's existence, I didn't see it until some time later), The War Within #5, and, most significantly, Transformers Animated. My first transformers toy was Titanium Series War Within Optimus Prime (the one from the two pack, which is why I had the aforementioned comic), and while I now realize it's far from the best toy, it is one that I will always have a fondness for. Transformers captured my imagination as a kid, and I've been a fan ever since. Siege has recently gotten me to start collecting more actively, with Siege Ironhide becoming the first transformer I've bought new in 10 years.
I'm excited to finally join seibertron, and I look forward to talking some transformers with you all! :michaelbay:
