Looks like the torso component to one of the Gosei Ultimate Megazord toys from Power Rangers Megaforce (or a toy of its Tensou Sentai Goseiger counterpart, the Gosei Ultimate).

To be fair, a lot of past PR Megazords/Sentai mecha have been non-combining, single-component transforming robots, and have been cool on their own.

The Red Dragon Thunderzord, the White Tigerzord, Pyramidas, the Astro Megazord (yes, I know about the shuttle forming its head), the Delta Megazord, the Mega Winger, the Defender Torozord (its toy can still transform without placing the Magna Defender toy inside it), the Zenith Carrierzord, the Max Solarzord, the Quantasaurus Rex Megazord, the Samurai Star Megazord, the Omegamax Megazord, the Delta Command Megazord, the The Rhino Steel Megazord, and the Bull Megazord, to name a few, have all been fairly decent single-entity transforming megazords.

Yeah, but he still functions by himself as a standalone entity (especially when the others are combined with the Tigerzord as the MegaTigerzord). His original Bandai of America toy was even sold by itself without the others, who came in a separately-packaged set.

Thats interesting, so you would get the thunderzord components as a box set and yet you wouldnt be able to make the thunderzord because you would still need the red ranger?

Anyways, about stand alone bots, the dino charge line is a pretty good example. They can combine as an optional thing but the Plesio zord, Titano zord and Ptera zord were full on zords with no need to combine to make a robot.

The other four that were sold together were dubbed the "Thunderzord Assault Team" on the packaging, and without the Red Dragon Thunderzord could combine together to form the flying chariot that the Red Dragon Thunderzord would sometimes ride in its Warrior Mode either before combining with the others into the Thunder Megazord or during the Thunder Ultrazord formation.

Those three are the personal zords of the Gold Ranger, Purple Ranger, and Silver Ranger, respectively. I dunno what makes those three rangers special enough to have their own standalone megazords in Dino Charge, but there might have been some reason in the original Kyoryuger version that Kyoryu Gold, Kyoryu Violet, and Kyoryu Silver each got their own fully transformable mecha while Kyoryu Gray and Kyoryu Cyan (Sentai counterparts of the Graphite Ranger and Aqua Ranger) merely got limb-based ones like the main five Kyoryugers did.
