Aside from the new commercial break, episode 7 only had one major edit:

1. All the shots of Raf's crowbar striking the very first Scraplet they encounter are cut. Right after Jack stops him from hitting it any further, a shot of the damaged Scraplet is inserted right as Jack says his "Easy there, killer," line. And the "killer" bit of said line of Jack's was cut, leaving only "Easy there--" intact.

2. The new commercial break played immediately after Raf says, "And how do we fix it?" (in regards to the damaged Energon fuel line)

In the Transformers: Prime series, now that Skyquake, Breakdown, and Dreadwing are all already dead, is Shockwave will be confirmed to be Megatron's new muscle Con :CON: , according to his tall and bulky appearance? :CON:

Shockwave's a scientist. He can fight (and damn good, too), but he's likely to be in the lab more often than on the field like Breakdown and Dreadwing were. If anything, Megatron's new "muscle cons" will be the Predacons.

Episode 8 had three Vortexx edits:

1. When the three Autobots go through the GroundBridge to meet the newly-arrived "Wheeljack" for the first time, right after we see Bulkhead gaze in awe of "Wheeljack" having defeated all the Vehicons by himself, the quick moment of "Wheeljack" impaling a Vehicon by driving his sword up through and out the back of its body, and then pulling the sword out just before the stabbed Con stumbles for a second and then falls over, is cut. So it instead cuts from Bulkhead's shocked gaze right to the Vehicon stumbling before falling over.

2. Right before the commercial break that comes after Makeshift-as-Wheeljack snatches up Miko, there's a shot of Bulkhead giving not-Wheeljack an angry stare. This stare was replaced by a black screen inserted over it. The audio still intact but the video was replaced by black.

3. The new commercial break came immediately after the real Wheeljack said, "All yours, buddy," to Bulkhead.

Yeah. I get the removal of all the crazy robo-gore, but shooting someone an angry look? That doesn't make it past S&P?

Any news on Season 3s airdate been out of the loop for a while now so my Prime info is a little rusty and I been on break from Transformers for quite sometime.

Mainly cause of so many new games out now I havent had time to properly do any research on Prime like I did with previous shows currently I am busy with Dishonored & Ni No Kuni then Fire Emblem (I KNOW-OFF TOPIC) still making a point I havent had time cause of major games such as these to keep up with Prime.

Since you guys are always in the know on Prime I figured you would have more up-to-date info than I would.

But I have been keeping up with Transformers 4 and the fact that they begin Filming this Spring (another off-topic)

I know that they revealed more on Shockwave other than that I know little to nothing on Season 3 other than Shockwave is back and the Predacons AKA Predaking.

Also since Japan got a new opening Sequence to Prime does that mean the US will also get a new Opening Sequence.

It needs to be more-up to date without Optimus just show the Autobots with Smokescreen and also show Shockwave and PredaKing in a new OMG Opening Sequence.

Also they should change the Opening Theme Music but I have a gut feeling that the Opening will be the same deal like always and remain as is.

No.

You don't have to explain to use why you haven't been keeping up. It's off topic and we don't care.

No.

If you know it's off topic, don't post it.

We know what you know: Shockwave is back, Predaking exists, that's about it.

Japan's new opening corresponds to season 2 of the show. Whether Beast Hunters will get a new opening here is as yet unknown.

We'll see.

Maybe, maybe not.

:BOOM:

Then leave it out.

No, not quite. We know more than that.

    * Shockwave's back.
    * Predaking and the Predacons are hunting the Autobots.
    * Knock Out's experimenting with Synth-En
    * There will be side-switchers.
    * There are more new characters, both Autobot and Decepticon, coming in season 3.
    * They’re pretty much done with the different energon flavors in the cartoon for now.
    * Season three is shorter than the past two.
    * Status quo is no longer a problem.

Rodimus2006 wrote:Predacons AKA Predaking.

Using AKA like that means that the Predacons are another name for Predaking. Predaking is one guy; the Predacons are a group of guys that follow him.

When you talk about side-switchers you mean the how SideWays was in Transformers Cybertron he could switch his Symbols from Autobot to Decipticon by will.

But knowing Prime like everything else will be nothing like that & done in a new way.

Synt-En you mean the Greenish Energon that made Ratchet all Hyped up and super powerful also changed his personality to cocky and suave arrogant from the Calm, Collective Ultra Smart Ratchet we all know & love.

Cant wait to see the new characters maybe some classics such as Ultramagnus, Ironhide since they have toys in Prime Also I would love new characters such as SkyQuake & Dreadwing I like old but I also love new characters also. Really enjoy DreadWing aka Tony Todd he done will as DreadWing.

Be cool if somehow Airachnid somehow escaped here Stasis Chamber.

Cant wait Prime 3 is going to be awesome & I have heard Prime has been renewed for a Season 4 but could be rumors also.

No, I mean side-switchers as in good guys leaving the club and becoming bad guys and bad guys leaving the club and becoming good guys.

But knowing Prime like everything else will be nothing like that & done in a new way.

Then you must not know Prime.

That's what Synth-En is.

Holy damn! They have toys! They're totally going to appear in the show...no doubt!

Ironhide isn't going to be in Prime. They told us no. And Ironhide only has one toy in the U.S. Ultra Magnus, on the other hand is, getting four toys. He's more likely.

Cant wait Prime 3 is going to be awesome & I have heard Prime has been renewed for a Season 4 but could be rumors also.

There's supposed to be a fourth season. Jeffrey Combs said so.

Guys, I know some of you are upset with the mention of off topic items, but since they're not being discussed, just off handedly mentioned, there's no need to be curt with anyone about it. Please don't let that get out of hand, okay?

Much as I crave a rogue Shockwave plotting to overthrow Megatron, there's just no way Megatron would ever let Shockwave out from under his thumb in this continuity. This Megatron learns from his mistakes, and I'd hazard a guess Shockers is both more powerful and more intelligent than Starscream or Airachnid.

If Shockwave does go rogue, it'll be quiet and built up all throughout the season, and be of his own accord, rather than because Megs ousted him.

As is only... logical.

Well, way to ruin Transformers forever, man. :-(

But seriously, I consider it a foregone conclusion Predaking will go rogue at some point late in Season 3.

Ah, crud! I forgot to note episode 9's Vortexx edits. Here they are now.

Episode 9 had a whopping total of 7 edits:

1. After the first MECH solider reveals himself from his car's sunroof and orders Fowler to pull over, Fowler reacts in surprise to seeing that their enemy is human with the phrase, "Well, I'll be dipped!" before the camera zooms out. The moment of Fowler saying this line was cut, making the scene cut from MECH's "Pull over!" to the aforementioned zoom out.

2. Silas' line of "Fair warning, we will be helping ourselves to your device, even if it means inflicting casualties," is cut off after "device", removing the bit about casualties and switching right to Fowler's reaction of "Is that so?".

3. When Arcee leaps out from Prime's trailer at the MECH soldier standing on the hood of his car, the exact moment of her impacting the soldier, iknocking him from his vehicle, is covered by a white flash.

4. Starscream's order to the Vehicons of "Find them, and scrap them!" is cut off right after "Find them," removing the scrapping part and instead switching right to the Vehcions' "Yes, Lord Starscream," line.

5. The exact moment that Optimus gets hit by the tree log that one of the Vehicons shoved into his face is covered by a white flash.

6. Jack's line of "Yeah, that would be suicide," is cut off right after the "Yeah."

7. The new commercial break played right after the MECH soldiers break into the train's roof and Miko and Jack halfheartedly threaten them with an axe and a fire extinguiser while saying, "You want a slice of this? Well, DO YA?!" and "What she said," respectively.

BUT, all other forms of violence in this episode were fully intact. The MECH car exploding after Arcee knocks over the soldier in edit #3 still very much explodes, and all the MECH soldier and Vehicon violence that happens elsewhere in the episode remains unchanged. Even Jack and Miko's contemplating their implied possible death from the train crashing is kept.

Next week looks like it could be a rerun, so if it's "Darkness Rising" again, I'll be sure to try and give it the formal side-by-side comparison treatment that I've been doing since episode 6.

Oh, they'll still probably release her even if her character's dead, since it'd pretty much be a straight redeco. Skyquake was long in the ground before either of his toys came out. She'll probably be released as a peg-filler in Wave 4 or Wave 5.
