The thing you have to know about Undertaker is he's one of, if not, the most respected guy in the locker room.

This happened because he wanted it to happen. He's one of the few people who can veto a finish if he doesn't like it.

I don't like it, but it's what he would have wanted, and this was his way to "pass the yard". If it had been someone else, like Bray Wyatt, I would have liked it better, but being Roman Reigns? meh.

There's a saying in wrestling, "You go out on your back" meaning if you're leaving the territory or retiring, you put people over.

I am well aware, but all this did is make me feel justified in hating Roman's guts lol. If it were Wyatt or another person like Burn mentioned I'd probably get over it but this just makes me so LIVID. I thought I would feel better about this today but no, I feel just as angry.

Roman Reigns, you have made the list!

I hate the list.

Jericho needs to ditch the Jon Bon Jovi gimmick.

Now that his feud with Owens is over, what are the odds of a Owens/Zain match on Raw today?

Not sure, I am watching baseball to un-grump. I should start a baseball thread at some point if we don't have one already.

I might check a few of the matches from RAW later but I don't feel like watching RAW for a while.

Don't know about anyone else, but geez it was nice watching Strowman absolutely destroy Reigns.

Only problem though ... despite the crowd being all for him, Strowman is being booked as the heel which means they're actually going to try to book Reigns as the face.

Come on ... after last week it's clearly obvious you need to keep Reigns as a heel.

Strowman has grown on me. With Bray Wyatt now on Raw (yay!!) I'd like to see Wyatt try to bring him back to the "family" but Strowman oppose him. Best way to get Strowman over as a face.
(Though I wouldn't mind seeing Wyatt as a face either)

I didn't watch RAW but I saw that clip. Satisfying.

I have started just watching the highlights for RAW as I am getting pretty sick of Reigns. Looking forwards to Smackdown later tonight though.

I hope we get to see Bray VS Finn Balor. That would be a very cool feud, filled to the brim with spooky coolness!

Undecided on whether to download it for once.

'cause you know ... BROOKLYN NINE-NINE!
(And I can watch it legally)

Yeah, unfortunately, as much as WWE says they listen to the "WWE Universe" (god I hate that term) they don't. At all.

If they actually listened they would have dumped the whole authority crap after it started years ago, Stephanie would not be put over as a vindictive power hungry bitch also all of the stupid crap that is going on right now would not be happening.
I remember the good old days when it was not an episodic show and just featured matches with the occasional storyline thrown in there to move things along.

I'm happy this shake up moved Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn to Smackdown. Now pretty much all my favs are in one place. Kinda wished they kept Dean Ambrose but, I guess they have to have some kind of balance. Just doubt they will use him properly on RAW.

Josh Duhamel made a guest appearance on RAW tonite. Sadly he didn't say much about the movie. I think RAW was a little better tonight than it has been in a long time I honestly have not watched it since the crap with Roman Vs Taker (Don't get me started)

I'm actually pumped about Lesnar vs. Joe. It might actually be a all-out brutal slugfest. I don't think Joe will win the title, but stranger things have happened. Lesnar is an attraction on his own, with or without a title.

And I know I'm in a small minority in this, but I hope Undertaker comes back as his biker persona that he had about 15 years ago. No theatrics, no stupid gong and smoke, just an American Badass riding on a big Titan bike. I was always a fan of that Taker, even if most people weren't. And I'm sure Kid Rock can use the money, he would let them use the song like they did back in the day. I know Taker is over 50, but he wouldn't have to wrestle any more, just fight. He can still do that.

Crossing my fingers that Joe beats Lesnar. We need a champ that will defend the title.

I think Taker is probably not going to wrestle again at his age and after his retirement. I think he might come back as a general manager or do a special appearance at some point. A little part of me hopes that he will come out of nowhere and chokeslam Roman for those WM shenanigans.

Not for nothing but it wasn't THAT long ago the champ only appeared once a month or so, in fact it was unheard of to have the WORLD champion on TV every week.

Exactly. Not having him there all the time gives the title some heft and importance so it doesn't feel watered down. Lesnar doesn't do interviews well anyway so Heyman can talk for him every week and occasionally get beat up like Joe did a few weeks ago. Builds the anticipation for Lesnar to return.

Wow, this hasn't been updated in a while. :HALUC:

Survivor Series and the first ever NXT: TakeOver War Games are this weekend. Both have some pretty stacked cards, I'm excited.

Depending on what's on I might check out their watered-down version of War Games. Just as a refresher, they tried a three-team format, it didn't work.

I rearly, really, enjoyed the #underseige angle. Also, I marked out a bit for the return of the Shield.

Would like to see something more serious done with the Miz though.

This should be renamed the Sports Entertainment thread. Pro Wrestling is dead. Thanks, Vince.

I've been listening to Jim Cornette. A lot. >:oP

It was a little predictable though.

Now if it was truly under siege, imagine if one brand simply took control of the entirety of the show, putting on their own matches etc.

I'm not a fan of his, but geez, this guy doesn't get the credit he deserves. He's a solid worker, great on the mic, but lately seems to be used to put over people that don't really need to be put over.

Except Jason Jordan. He should just go away. Unless they turn him heel against Kurt because Kurt allowed the pedigree.

I'm actually expecting something big from Jordan at SS. I think the kid is ripe for a big push. Also I look for Angle to turn on HHH so they can build for a mania match.

My only other prediction is for Kevin and Sammy to muck up things for everyone.

I know he's"retired," but a Mania match between HHH and The Rock would still be a draw.

And the only way a match between HHH and Angle should take place is if Angle wins. Not like they did with Sting a few years ago.

So have I, I've been a big fan for years. The only thing I agree with is his opinions on wrestling.
