Agreed. He needed a better internal design for his robot mode. Looks sexy, but won't hold itself together

It's weird how they keep doing that. Why can the smaller ones be so good and then those 2 large blokes be so difficult

I am really nervous. I have high hopes for Jazz and I really want Megatron to be good, I so want him to be good. That is the MP I most nostalgically want.

I'm hoping that maybe Megatron finally is the 3rd times the charm. I'm thinking either he's gonna be really good, or he'll be the worst of both

Wow nice find! Scrapmetal is a joy to behold, and I'm excited to see Rampage.

So it seems you like the SS38, Cobotron does, and I guess Cary hasn't opened him yet. Maybe I'll find one in the wild soon!! I think it will be a game time decision. I've recently started shifting my purchasing thoughts, and I blame MPM7.

He was hunting for a while it seemed over in the SS thread, and then he found it not long after Cobotron posted his mini write up he showed us!

I thought Densh summed it up pretty well in the SS thread when he wrote...

SS 38 Prime is pure gold, my friends!


Okay, so I haven't done one of these in quite a while, but check out some pics of SS 38 Bumblebee Prime and a few of his friends.


I tell ya, I just can't get over how good this figure is. In fact, I honestly feel he only has one real flaw:



That big ass hole in the back of his truck mode is glaring, but ultimately forgivable. Also, unlike the previous two SS Prime's, he has a much cleaner side view:

I know a lot of original bayverse fans don't like this version of movie Prime from the Bumblebee movie, but for me, this is everything I've ever wanted in a movie Prime. I don't think I can state enough how much I love it and how awesome it is. Hope you enjoyed another round of my highly amateurish and slightly buzzed photo sessions.

Good to hear such positive things about Caboverus Prime. So he is slightly shorter than Siege Prime? He seems larger in box? Guess there's only one way to find out.

Was that a special can or a special brew of Yuengling? With summer just around the corner I think I had my last stout this weekend (was on a dark beer only for winter "diet"). Time for the IPAs and sour weisses.

Negative Cap'n. It fits down there but it doest look or feel like it belongs. Kinda loose, fits in at an angle and slips out real easy. I wedged it in upside down with the butt towards the cab and it tends to go on at an angle. Also pokes out the back a bit.

But if you know a way please share with the class.

Yeah that's exactly how I tried. It fits, it stays, but it not supposed to go there. Definitely doesn't peg in in any way. There isn't enough space to peg the handle into the hitch. It's a friction hold at best. Doesn't really look all that good or fill the gap in a satisfying way. It won't fall out, but the slightest touch moves it.

A little extra molding would have allowed it to peg there though.
