Target:

Hot Wheels 1:64 Scale Bullseye's Big Rig Vehicle
Somebody mentioned using the shopping cart car as "Roller" for the Target Prime figure and I thought it was a good idea plus they were on sale for under $6.

Last thing, there was a special indoor flea market in the Capital this weekend that I drove by twice after work yesterday not know it was there. I just happened to to be looking at local events online and saw the listing. Went there this morning, didn't really see much, just a lot of junk (naked dolls, Happy Meal toys, stuff like that), but I did find one guy selling mostly his hand painted 5 POA 3D printed Marvel and DC figures. That didn't interest me, but he did have a few sealed MotU Origins figures which I had all of except for an in-box Camo Khan! This is the one figure from Mattel Creations that's really eluded me and regret missing. I told him I was afraid to ask what he wanted for it, knowing full well what they go for on eBay. He said normally he'd say $80 (which is the lowest you'll find one for after shipping on eBay), but he'd let it go for $60.

SOLD!

And yes, he let me open the box and look it over, everything was still attached to the tray. This made the trip worth it.

I was planning to get him, but I only got him now because it was the only way to get the discount on the Target truck I posted last time. Kinda messed up and got the 50th Anniversary version instead of the normal version first, but whatever.

Those were probably the smallest PUP boxes I've ever gotten, they're usually quite a bit larger than these, they both shipped in one box that usually holds one PUP normally. They look good, but I wish Karma had a weapon, maybe a knife.

That's it, I've actually got a ton of stuff recently but it's all in my BBTS POL and I still have three things that might arrive this month so I'm holding off until August.

Found a Masters Of The Universe Origin Wind Raider for $7. I'm not a huge MOTU collector but I couldn't just walk out without it! Now Roboto and Rokkon have a weekend ride!

Grabbed a few clearance things at Walmart this morning. Got the TMNT Mutant Mayhem 4 pack for $14 and the Super Powers Invisible Jet and Skull Ship for $9 each.

So, I didn't want to pay £20 for a deluxe Tf but I did.

I also didn't want to spend money on reissues that aren't reissues and are worse than the originals but I did...
The tmnt movie villain set is a must buy so it makes sense to have the turtles.

Also motu masterverse whiplash which can easily double as some kind of bullywarg for the d&d figures. The tail puts the lower budget 9rigins figure to shame, a really nice figure.

Got my next POL from BBTS:

Also started finally getting some vintage Panosh Place Voltron figures to replace the ones I had as a kid. Don't care about accessories, my only requirement is that the Lion have good stickers (a little paint rub on the heads is fine), clear canopies, and the chrome isn't all rubbed off, plus they have to be under $50 (after shipping). Started with Black and Green Lions, there's a blue one I'm keeping an eye on that looks good on eBay, but I'm not rushing this. Would be nice to get decent Blazing Swords and Spinning Laser Blade, but those look to be pretty rare. Maybe I'll just buy a cheap rough one and paint it.

It's been a long while since I bought any doll. Mainly because they are freakishly expensive.

But lo and behold, we can get some beauties at AliExpress!

I got this gothic "fairy" that is magnificent. Of course she comes naked but I bought the full set.



Her face is hand-painted and the artist did a great job.



Dressing her up was not easy. The gloves were tricky and she got belts everywhere. I suck at styling doll hair so I gave up on the hair ribbons.



It is the very first time that I bought a legit resin BJD that works with the limbs strung with an elastic cord. She is NOT easy to pose. Normal friction ball-joints can do anything while the strung joints "snap" into "preset" positions. She's still super cute and sexy.



I think I'll buy her a hat on Etsy to complete her look.

At 1/4, she's fairly big, but not as big as the Dolfies.
This doll of such nice quality and beauty was barely above 200$CAN shipped... and NO TAXES! Compared to 500$/1000$+ such a doll can sell for from big mainstream brands, she was a bargain.

She looks nice, Kanra, but the hair looks kinda cheap for the price.

So you know those TMNT Remastered figures that just came out? My Walmart already stuck them on clearance for $6. I wasn't going to get them, but for the price, why not? They had two Raphs and and one Mikey left so I got one of each. I guess those aren't making it to the fall reset.

That's exactly it. The whole set was barely above 155$US. That even include the hand-painted face. So for only the wig to appear cheap is a small miracle.

For a BJD of this size from a big brand, the wig alone would be over 80/100$US.

I bought her a hat so her look will be complete then. It will also hide the cheapness of the wig a bit.

Picked up the last lazy not a reissue figure to mentor the turtles along with movie star super shredder and a couple of foot soldier (which are black despite the grey online images).
Back of packaging shows tokka and rahzar so hopefully we will get that wave over here at some point. If not I'll have to find the movie villains set.

Picked up cartoon Stratos and origins orko too. Originally skipped on orko having the super TV version but felt like I was missing the origins one. Best one to get IMHO is the loyal subjects minis one but I've not got around to that yet.

Also a Kinnikuman bag from my hols, nice to find some merch for it and I probably won't be getting the shf line because prices owch. Though if they reissue some of the Ranma shfs I'll try to get what I am missing.

Saw Cody this morning at Target which surprised me since I never saw wave 1. Didn't buy it though.

What I did buy was the TMNT reissue Pizza Thrower, used it as part of a purchase to get the $20 off $75 deal at Target. I remember it being a lot heavier as a kid.

Some more gundams (my back log of kits to make isn't too bad - mega gundam, mega unicorn, Mg unicorn, Mg Banshee, hg kashitriya and hg gold plated phenex) after watching gundam 00.

And batman of the future (batman beyond to those in more civilised countries). Though mcfarlane toys are a bit poop and he keeps doing one seater batmobiles i don't want, one seater batmobiles that should be two seater that I would have wanted and two seater batmobiles u don't want - pffft!
I still have the kenner batman beyond batmobile do it will display just as nice with him and be just as out of scale as any Todd mobile would :p

This figure/statue is nearly 16" tall, but is in a box bigger than a Titan and shipped in a box from BBTS that rivals that of Unicron! The type of box you'd expect a a 32" CRT TV from the early 2000s to come in. It was very light weight, the FedEx guy must have been very confused.

Necroconda are great, Mattel is really milking that tail piece. Completed mmy cobra kai power rangers a year or so later and same for marvel legends fanttasic four.

Skipped out on this waves Leonardo and wasn't really fussed about April but hey, got Leatherhead instead and maybe I'll change my mind on Leo at some point.

Foot cruiser, just kinda regret selling bobs flying car from reboot so the neutrinos could have a ride.

A few more gundams and the playmobil delorean as I had originally passed on it.

Picked up my first gunpla at a discount store today.

Gotta love Amazon's shipping inconsistencies.
They ship worthless items like core class figures, tooth paste, and TOILET PAPER in boxes with padding, yet they ship collectibles like Pop Up Parade in thin, cheap-ass envelope. A GARBAGE BAG with NO padding.

WHY?





At least the figure is fine.



I appreciate the new small bases.



I don't want to return her but I still contacted customer service. The main goal was to send the message for this mishap. I still got a partial refund of %$CAN out of it. Better than nothing.
