I forget if you pay with them by paypal or not. But if yes then their description was innacurate, you have an incomplete item and if they want it back then they have to pay return shipping and you can get refunded fully. It being used is different than incomplete.

Something like this happened to me twice with used items, here is how it panned out:

Missing piece: I was missing missiles for a takara Wing Sabre, they sent some to me once they had another one in stock (it took a year, but I got it).

Description lacking: I bought a Legends GodBomber who came complete in box but who had some dried up glue around the arms (to help it be more stable). I wrote to them and they refunded me $20. I didnt even have to ask for a refund, I just reported my disatisfaction at the lack of that in the desription.

Both of these interactions left me rather satisfied.

Personally I would have left it more open and not said I was satisfied. I am usually a good natured person, but when it comes to business transactions, I am very black and white. I paid for something, I expect to get it as described. I would have written this, but you can do as you wish:

"I recently ordered a Transformers Generations Metroplex from your store, and just yesterday got to open it to find out that I am missing a few pieces. There is no visor and no sticker sheet even though the listing said the item and its contents were unused. Ideally, I would like you to send me those missing things, can you do that?"

And I would add a picture of the head showing a missing visor.

Ok, I explained the situation and sent them pictures, and they are refunding me 8000 yen as they did not have any replacement parts they could send me.

So now, to yet again add to the want list, I am looking for the visor, head back-flap, repair claw arm, and sticker sheet from Generations Metroplex.

8K yen of refund!

Ok, so I just found a used but seemingly good condition and with all accessories Takara Metroplex for only $280 on eBay and jumped on it from a seller with mostly good feedback, so unless something goes wrong, I am no longer looking for any pieces for Metroplex;

also, I am now looking to sell (or perhaps trade?) a Hasbro Generations Metroplex missing the visor, back flap on head, repair arm, and stickers, with slight paint wear on some parts, in slightly roughed-up original box, all exactly as I got it from Mandarake a bit ago. Looking for an extra wing backpack/chest window piece from Siege Galaxy Upgrade Optimus Prime that I can use to make an "un-super mode" version so he'll still have the same chest windows without the wings, without having to buy a whole second figure.
