1) Razorbeast. That is a frikkin fun basic! The mold colors, the transformation, the modes themselves, they are really good. He is really good.
2) Jawbreaker. Poor guy was the only Beast besides some happy meal toys to not be in the IDW Beast Wars comics. Dude is sick looking! That beast mode is the coolest looking beast mode we have gotten in the TM2s.
3) Noctorro. just another fun figure. simple Fuzor, but he's fun, and demonic looking. Plus the beast mode has a pretty neat flapping gimmick. He's pretty fun to me

AllNewSuperRobot wrote:Ravage was a nice bit of Geewun fan service (as most of The Agenda was). Another tiny look behind the curtain of how Predacon society differed from the Maximal equivalent. Unfortunately, you never got that much more insight beyond that.
I think Tarantulas worked a bit better than Terrorsaur or Blackarachnia, as his goals were not quite as limited as theirs. Terrorsaur had potential to transcend the Starscream trope, as Megatron did enjoy the noted character growth of Season Two. Alas he never reached that point.
Coptur wrote:Yeah true, I liked that they included Ravage just not how they used him and how easily he got taken out when in the same episode other Predacons were taken out much worse or similar and survived. Although i do recognise that the Tarantulas drones deliberately knocked his head into the ocean stopping him from being put back together etc.
By the Agenda episodes Tarantulas was given a solid 'mission' of his own although they could've explained more about who and what the Tripredacus council were (I do not like the Unicron rubbish that came after, another example of fans hearing words and not listening to context).
How Terrorsaur would've worked in late season 2 and 3 I'm not sure as i've not thought about it for some time. Maybe Terrorsaur and Scorponok could've become a loyal duo to the decepticons and ravage and been bit/guest characters along with Ravage.

Well, the deaths in The Agenda were in part down to Mainframe not knowing if they would get a Season 3. Hence Rampage and Inferno being virtually incinerated and being perfectly fine in the next episode.
Much in the same way Tarantulas and Tigerhawk were killed off so quickly in Season 3.
The 'Unicron Spawn' line will always be contentious. A slur, no doubt. But some always read more into things than others. Like how some fans accredit Beast Wars with having links to the G1/G2 comics, purely based on what those behind the scenes have said after the fact. To me, the show has no links to the comics, because it was never featured or directly referenced in a single episode. Which is the only source that counts.
As for Terrorsaur, there was actually an episode of Animated that gave me an idea on where he might have gone. Wherein Starscream created his own clone/Seeker brigade. That could have worked for him. Also elaborating more on the Season one idea of Cybertronian intellect being overtaken by the more bestial nature of the organics integrated in them. As for Scorponok, leave him where he sank...
As an aside, I do hold out the faintest hope that one day we might get a Masterpiece Beast Wars Ravage from The Agenda. One that transforms from a vague TM Cheetor body mold into a Cassette.
AllNewSuperRobot wrote:The Agenda's cliffhanger ending was the greatest case of squandered potential in Transformers history. Beast Wars only ever had vague ties to the Sunbow Cartoon and nothing else. Which is the point of a revival show.
Apparently they did have plans for Dinobot and Tigerhawk in BM. Considering how that turned out, it was better they didn't make it into the show...
To be honest, stick a tail on him, and Scorponok could easily have been Rampage in Season Two. Even the Bad Spark episode itself could have still applied, with some minor tweaks. Throw out the 'Protoform X' stuff, switch the setting to the Darksyde during a blackout caused by an Energon storm and a "Mad" Scorponok pulling himself out of the Magma.
AllNewSuperRobot wrote:I've said before, they should have made Dinobot II into Grimlock instead. It would have been a nice nod to the original Dinobot toy redeco. He also could have been voiced by Gregg Berger too, for an added hit of homage/nostalgia.
As for Airazor, I might have felt sorry for him/her, if there was any real personality to be invested in. It was strange how few pure Bird-Bots exist in the Beast Wars line though.
ZeroWolf wrote:I think the lack of bird bots was probably engineering, in that there's only so many ways to transform them. Nothing a revival line couldn't fix with new design tricks

Yet they were the equivalent to "Jets". The Predacons had Terrorsaur and a handful of flying bugs. The pre-Transmetal Maximals had Airazor, a completely redundant Primal and Silverbolt, part of a Combiner Team.
