- Motto: "Don't be a goddamn coward."
- Weapon: Acid Spray Gun
If I may be so bold, I might list my own top 5 TFs in need of an upscale.
5:Beast Machines Blackarachnia.
Blackarachnia absolutely dwarfed her fellow Maximals in Beast Machines and yet her toy is a tiny Deluxe. Surely a new Voyager mold is in order?
4: Movie Blackout.
Alas, poor Blackout. One of the largest and coolest 'Cons in the first movie...and he gets lumped with the smallest Voyager figure ever. Ideally I'd like to see a Leader class Blackout, given how huge he is.
3: RTS Laser Optimus Prime.
An incredible update of one of the coolest retro toys ever made, let down by only being a Deluxe. The only reason this isn't higher is because we do at least have a good Voyager class Optimus Prime in the form of the Classics mold.
2: Classics Seekers.
As mentioned before, the Seekers REALLY need Voyager class figures. The Classics mold is too small, and the new Generations mold is far too large.
1: WFC Megatron.
Ugh. One of the coolest G1 inspired Megatron designs in recent years, with a cool looking tank mode and an awesome robot mode, and the ideal candidate for the perfect Neo-CHUG Megatron...but he's only a Deluxe. He works for a WFC/FOC only display (where everyone is a Deluxe and thus the same size) but he'd work so well in other collections if only he wasn't so damn small! And unlike Optimus Prime, there really isn't a good Voyager class CHUG Megatron aside from the Classics mold- and that turns into a Nerf gun!
Honourable mentions go to Armada Supercon Optimus Prime (AKA "Bendy" Prime), who would have made the list had RTS Laser Prime not taken the spot (I only wanted one Prime on the list), ROTF Demolishor (who, despite being way too small to go with "normal" scaled movie toys, actually works well in a Legends/Cyberverse display) and Deluxe Classic Megatron from the 2-pack.
Ha ha Transformers go brrrrr
