OK so I'm real sick and my eyeballs burn like mad, that somehow remembers me of Ghost Rider and while being high on medication I think of someone for him to fight.
I have decided to take Naruto.

If Naruto goes demon-form he'd most likely win.
The only thing Ghost Rider would have going for him would be the peanence stare, which could put a mean hurtin' on the nine-tails.

The penance stare is a mean attack, I'd guess that if it was used on the 9 tails it would go berserk before going comatose so it has a chance of driving naruto insane or at least giving him a horrible headache.
Ghosty's also taken down baddies like Blackheart and Mephisto who are FAR more evil and clever than the 9 tails.
I give it to the spirit of vengeance.

If Naruto goes to demon form, Ghostie can take him down, that his specialty, But Naruto were to sage mode, Ghost Rider won't stand a chance.
