Bocovs- Online retailer, Boscovs, reveals a new role play toy based on the Transformers Animated Megatron character.

This toy is a transforming arm cannon, fashioned after Megatron's weapon of choice, and his Earth alt mode.

Megatron's arm cannon is very similar to the Starscream and Optimus Prime role play items offered a few years back. These also transformed from a representation of the character's alt mode to a 'glove' holding a weapon that can fire nerf-like darts.

Dear god, this year is off to a good start for us Transformers fans! The new movie, bot con literally next door to where I live and now this! I would have waited an eternity for this toy, now it's over. Hell yeah!

I told my self id never buy one of these but they just had to go and make a Megatron one. Damn it......

umm we have known about this since the last botcon or toyfair, but since all the awesome things have come out it has been forgotten until recently

Looking good in heli mode, looking odd in cannon mode. Nevertheless, it's Megatron and I'm in.

Good to display in heli mode, maybe dream it turns into "Rise Up Command" class Megatron.

My receiding hairline and NERF collection are proof you can NEVER be too old to play with this stuff!!

In cannon mode it looks like you'll shoot yourself. The black cannon pointing backwards is just too visible.
