Before Sludge was confirmed, there was a rumor Swoop would be a Voyager for SS86.

I hope SS86 Swoop will eventually get a red redeco. But he would have to be in the Selects line if he did, and they don't use SS molds in the Selects line, right?

The only Studio Series molds that are apparently off limits are the ones that represent characters from the Paramount movies. If it's Studio Series 86, then there's no issue using it for Selects.

After all we've already seen the Blur mold used outside of ss86

Yeah there are a few already, I should have remembered. For some reason I thought of the Dinobots as off-limits. But G2 versions of them would also be awesome.

The only way G2 Dinobots would happen is through Selects as the price point isn't part of Buzzworthy...yet.

With the big-ass Bug-Bee re-release that have lights and sounds, that thing was leader priced.
Plus there's the deluxes two-packs.

If you talk about what was found in the system, there may not be any "leader price" yet, but there may already be. Especially if the price is MORE expensive. The prices keep going up and up after all.

For G2 dinobots specifically, I don't think they will ever make sense in the Buzzworthy line. Those are Select written all across them.

Watch it just be kingdom dinobot with better paint on the legs and sword and maybe a Maximal symbol

The retailers are sold on the subline name and that gives a gateway to Hasbro to shoot out homages for the collectors via a proven seller line for the retailers.
Winners on both sides; collectors get the homage repaints they want; the retailers get a good selling line, exclusive to them, that is a vetted profit maker.

Like I said before, they're just using whatever the latest non-SS Generations line just like how they used WFC to sell a Titans Return retool, doesn't matter that Dinobot is a Kingdom mold. Nothing more than that.

Which toy are you refering to, and did the listing say Earthrise or Kingdom or something like that?

The Buzzworthy line is truly an "anything goes" line. So we could have "reissues" / repaints of UC, RiD (new and old) classic Beast Wars, Old Generations like Universe, or maybe even Animated.

Just imagine, a reissue/repaint of Animated Blackout in the Buzzworthy line.
This could be possible.

It's just an internal date of when they could sell a toy, they could get the toy at any time either before (hence why they have that date) or after. It's not indicative of when they will actually get the toy. Hence why it's internal and a release date shared to the public.

The Studio Series reissues in the Buzzworthy Bumblebee line have been selling surprisingly well, even though it's reissues of toys that are not great. So you can imagine just how well these new ones will sell. Not only is it another way to get the stellar Cliffjumper and Kup molds but these have new decos that are more toon accurate. And this was even has the unmasked B-127 toy which fans were hoping we'd get, simply because Bumblebee never wore his mask on any of the Cybertron scenes.
These three figures are now being found at US Targets. The first sighting was Ben Yee himself in New jersey.
These same figures were also recently found in the UK at Forbidden Planet Southampton. And speaking of UK sightings, it looks like they are getting caught up on all of Studio Series with both the core class assortment (Shockwave and ravage) at Forbidden Planet and voyager class Soundwave at Smyths. Those UK sighints come from TFW200 board member Prescient.

Where the heck it THAT at? That's got SS Ratchet in there too! That more Transformers figures in that picture than I've seen COMBINED over the last 6 months!
