This paint job looks utterly amazing, but then I remember just how floppy and messy the Generations Windblade mould is.

It has gotten me thinking; maybe a custom based on the current RID one would do well. Just a thought. I'll go ask Steamshield on TFW.

Windblade as Sari?
Well, this could work VERY well!

But I have a better idea. Make her a titant master. On a clearly feminine body. That was my hope in Animated. But the show abruptly ended. Oh well.
Come see my latest creation, a Galvatron Combiner using 4 SS86 Sweeps as limbs

Also, an update to my old ALL HELICOPER VICTORION!

Do we even still get a secret figure?
It was part of a proposal that never got off the ground. Scroll up to my previous post to see exactly what this was figure concept was for.

But... The last Botcon used the Windblade md, right? It was an Airazor, I believe? I woilda passed on that Airazor since I had the original from Energon Slugslinger, but I woulda LOVED a Botcon Sari. I understand where Marketing woulda said "Airazor works better", but Sari is a figure we'll never see relwased.

This was not a BotCon 2016 toy that got replaced by the finalized Airazor figure. It was part of a "Transformers: Unanimated" proposal that never even got off the ground.

A Sentinel Prime as Optimus Primal would have been really cool.

Well, not so much "kaput" as "nah". These weren't so much "canceled" ideas as they were just "suggested" ideas that simply didn't go any further than the idea stage.

Aside from Sari being the Windblade mold, Wreck-Gar being the Prime Breakdown mold, and Yoketron also being the Voyager Brainstorm mold, we can only guess as to which molds the "Unanimated" versions of Optimus, Ratchet, Sentinel, Lugnut, and Elita would have been.

Though, the molds for the Beast Wars-themed set are pretty easy to deduce. Fractyl and Terrorsaur each from the Swoop mold, with Inferno and Antagony each from the Waspinator mold.

I was able to pre-order the 3 I wanted (to complete Wreckage) from BBTS. It will probably take a little while longer, but at least I don't have to worry about getting different figures I have no interest in.

Still no reveal for the 7th "Bonus" figure yet?

Nope. Not even a hint of it's identity in any of the TCC fiction. This could be the first mystery figure to actually be a complete mystery prior to its arrival at someone's doorstep.

Whoever it turns out to be, I just hope its An Autobot/Maximal, or any "good" robot. My Optimus Maximus is missing a limb and needs it for completion ;) .

My theory is that the mystery figure is Ironclad from the Rook mold with it's alternate head. They said the mystery figure was using a head not released yet and he is the reason that wreckage can combine. I also think it would be cool if he came with a redeco of legends groove as the "energy efficient" afterburner but that's not likely to happen.

I once thought that too, but was shot down when someone told me that the idea for the 7th figure came about before the time when Ironclad would have been conceived. I'd like it if it turned out to be Ironclad, though. ;)^

Oh, damn that's depressing lol I would've loved to have been able to put together Hasbro's initial concept for computron before deluxe afterburner happened. Plus rook is the best mold from combiner wars

No clue, but we do know they are shipping in "pairs", and the third shipment would *I assume* have 3 since it will contain the Bonus Figure.

Additionally the CW/UW Deluxe Figures with the fewest uses are the F1 Racer , the Deluxe Motorcycle, and of course the Space Shuttle (which is highly unlikely TFCC would use). But it would be nice if whatever character they make it would be one of those three.

The TCC wasn't aware of the existence of the Deluxe Motorcycle or Space Shuttle when they were planning out their lineups for BotCon 2016, TFSS 4.0, and TFSS 5.0. Those two molds didn't exist back when they were making their mold selections (remembering these things were being worked on prior to BotCon 2015). There were a number of figures unknown to us at the time (such as Onslaught and Brawl) made known to the TCC, but the TakaraTomy only figures weren't made known to them by Hasbro (if Hasbro even knew that Takara was going to make them back when they provided the info to the TCC).
