It's on the bridge in chapter 4. Look back when you are near the gate.

I collected all the log files, but don't recall where each came from.

However found this comment on Youtube:

As of today I'm unable to buy these kits:

Repair Kit L
Power Booster
Hard Coat

They all show 0. I have more than enough credits, and there's a charge but none of them are added to my stock. Even when I collect them during the game. Help?

Yeah, I know about that, but even when the items are empty I can't buy any, it takes my money but gives nothing in return.

I even cleared out my entire item inventory, everything; and it still doesn't work..

It actually happened before with the exp. kit.

I googled it, other players are experiencing it too, but I haven't found a solution.

I love the game but you can probably get faction stickers to put on a regular black or white PS4 to give it a similar appearance.

I just picked up the 20th anny dualshock 4 and it gives me all the tingles everytime I see it.

Those 20AEs went fast and then went straight to ebay for stupid amounts. I was so stoked when they released the controller later.
