The Kraken.
Some people say Krack-en (as in "release the Kraken" made famous by Clash of the Titans)
Some people say Kray-ken (this argument was even playfully talked about in the 2nd Pirates of the Caribbean film)
I don't really care either way but what does ruffle me a little bit is this:
The Fish that is prevalent in the Amazon river known as a Piranha, in English, it universally pronounced one way. If you just add "con" to that name (minus the silent h) it should sound the same Piranacon. Even the 1988 toy commercial pronounces it this way.
however so many people change it to Pir -ANNA- con.....not sure why, but it just bugs me.
I noticed the author of the video says it incorrectly the first few times, but then pronounces it correctly later in the video.

"Pir-anna-con" is the British pronunciation of the word, so since PrimeVsPrime is from the U.K., he pronounces it that way.

Ssshhhhh. Only the butchering of the English language by Americans is important
