Correct (rectangular peg hole facing forward):
Incorrect (circular metal pin facing forward):

That's innacurate. The wrong assembly also has the rectangular holes.

Maximum detail explanation:
The inner shoulder joint has two sides; a squared off greebled side and a smooth circular side. When the shoulder is properly oriented, the circular side is up and the greebled side is the armpit. In this orientation, the correct assembly has the rectangular slots forward, and the incorrect has the visible pin.

Ta. Didn't even notice the thread. Sometimes there are too many individual threads to keep track of in the Toy Discussions section.Rodimus Prime wrote:With both blue Bluestreak and a new Perceptor revealed, I wonder if it's too much to hope for a Marvel-accurate blue Perceptor...? Probably.
Well, I think this redeco is more likely in Selects...
Magnificus
They didn't do one for TR Perceptor, when Ga'mede being his Titan Master would have been very obvious to do.ZeroWolf wrote:I'd be surprised if they didn't do a magnificus

Pretty sure anyone thinking of Magnificus were expecting e-HOBBY to do him since he's their character.o.supreme wrote:I don't think "what they were before they were transformers" deco's were really viable prior to selects but since WFC we've had Galactic Man, and several Diaclone Decos. I bet Hasbro/TT are regretting Galactic Man a little bit as it doesn't seem to have sold well.

Fans could always repurpose Galactic Man as Flash Beam.Sentinel_Primal wrote:o.supreme wrote:I don't think "what they were before they were transformers" deco's were really viable prior to selects but since WFC we've had Galactic Man, and several Diaclone Decos. Honestly considering the fact that that one is still available, and occassionally on sale, I'm astounded that HasTak still decided to start doing Diaclone repaints and Leader repaints

Transmutate was actually revealed before Ramjet, as Transmutate was revealed late February whereas Ramjet was early March, which is why on one hand I at least find this whole release schedule movement going on here a bit odd, but on the other hand, I feel like something similar happened with Rotorstorm and Tigertrack last year (they were revealed at the same time and yet Rotorstorm came out earlier). The reason it feels like they already came out is because in certain parts of the world, depending on where you ordered them from, they did actually come out months ago, that's how we've had things like in-hand pics from TFW and such.o.supreme wrote:TF-fan kev777 wrote:Just got charged for G2 Ramjet (I think) from Pulse so looks like he should start shipping out soon.
Hmmm...I thought this came out a while ago? I guess because it was revealed a while before Transmutate, and that was supposed to ship last month, but got delayed until Sept 1. I hope it doesn't get delayed again.
Also, not sure if it is a bad thing or not, but there are far fewer Selects this year, as compared to 2020. I know a bunch of them were revealed late in the year though, maybe Hasbro is planning something similar?

I'm also really hoping there's more Selects coming as well, the characters they've been choosing for these releases have tended to interest me a lot more than a good number of their mainline release counterparts.
