Integrated leg wheels de-integrated and now hang off the sides of her legs, genericized face, head details look like they're no longer a part of her face and instead a part of her helmet (like she's just cosplaying by wearing a Prime Arcee helmet), her once slim and round lower legs and lower arms are now bulky and squared off, her once lean ninja-like physique is now buff and rugged, and while her torso is less sexualized and bikini-like, it's also pretty ordinary-looking.-Kanrabat- wrote:But that "Arcee". I take personal offense with that thing.
And worst of all, her iconic "wings" are gone. That's like making a new G1 police car Prowl without door wings.
Rodimus Knight wrote:Let's be honest, the "G1 style" for Arcee as they are calling it, is mostly to stop the lunatics on Twitter from REEEEEEEEEEing about how robots shouldn't look feminine. Companies care more about the opinions on twitter than they care about the fan bases, just like Corporate entertainment (like Disney) does.

It's a double-bladed pizza slicer, obviously.
I mean, like, I'm not surprised the line turned out like this, I mean, uh, like, this guy sounds like a **** moron.Sabrblade wrote:And here we have it, the heart of the matter straight from Mark Maher himself:

I mean, the style and design aesthetics of each universe has its own feel and look. So, you know, early on, John Warden put the seeds in the ground for this and, uh, our design director, Michelino, actually really took the team together and was was like, 'We need something fresh and new for Generations.' So we're taking all of these characters from all of these different continuities, and we're trying to, like, almost like, place them into a universe of their own, which is basically Legacy. And, of course, having, like, a heavy G1 influence because, you know, I love G1, so."

Exactly this. I think it's a bad design too, but some of ya'll are going on a tangent over imaginary enemies here, LOL.

I will refer you back to the original prototype of Model kit Flame Toys made for Windblade and the psycho's on twitter having a melt down over her robot butt. There's not anything imaginary about it.
Edit to add, also the Arcee Statue Prototype from, was it imaginex, that was shown for their high end series. Twitter and tumblr lunatics also complained about her being overly feminine and sexualized.
And I will note it's never been released.

I really, really doubt that's the case. The simplest solution is often the correct one, and the simplest solution here is what Sabrblade posted. The designs have been G1'fied to go better with what came before in an effort to get more money. That's it, there's no twitter mob gunning for Prime Arcee I mean we just had Earthrise Arcee and Masterpiece Arcee with no problems (other then bad design work).

however, I like how they've designed this figure as a motorcycle tf, it's very masterful.
I mentioned it earlier, but how would people feel if this was supposed to be rid strongarm?
Emphasis his on the words "of course", as he spoke them like that. And, of course, having, like, a heavy G1 influence because, you know, I love G1, so."

That is very little. Where did you get the number?
I've been told that one can apparently check quantities of items for sale on Hasbro Pulse by looking through the order page's code via F12, but I haven't been able to figure that trick out myself yet.
