Good mosaic - the story is nothing special, but the art is good.
BTW, why do federal agents rob a bank? And in the first pic, where does Prowl stand? Either on a rooftop, Batman-style (although I can't imagine a rooftop that can hold a transformer's weight) or the federal agents are just blind... (that would explain why they wear sunglasses in darkness)

Decent art and straight to the point, but considering Prowl's just lucky those guys didn't get killed when his startling them caused the crash, any moral about justice being universal gets a wee bit muddled.
