Hasbro/Takara better step up to the plate soon. They could pull a Masterpiece Soundwave and beat the 3rd party companies to the punch with a really excellent Classics Trailbreaker and Hoist if they wanted to.

Prime Trailcutter doesn't have a force field generator. This isn't G1 or Classics; the toy's not required to have one.

Don't get me wrong, I have no issues with Prime Trailbreaker not having a force field generator...but as it stands, he'll probably be a toy-only character, so I want a good place to put him in my collection since this is such a fantastic looking remold.

Sinnertwin wrote::-? The steroids have had some side effects. On the plus side, you are moving up in size classes. But don't worry. At this rate, oh, by 2015 you should be a deluxe

At this rate, oh, by 2015 that exact figure will be the size of a deluxe.

NO! Hasbro says you can't have nice things anymore!

I'm detecting a pattern here...

If someone wanted to use this as their Classics Trailbreaker, there's no problem with that. But if you wanted to nitpick about his lack of a force field generator, then spend your money on the Legion Trailcutter from the RTS line. What's the difference? They're both out of scale anyway.

dear god that is a screwed up looking head, but at least this proves they CAN re-sculpt parts on cyberverse figures. Id rather see them reissue the RTS trailbreaker instead of remolding Ironhide though, really wanted that mold but never got it. Along with the rest of the legends from that wave.

Okay, people. You all need to learn to recognize a joke.

Saying Hasbro took away Trailbreaker's NOSE and accessories for budget cutbacks is... clearly... a... JOKE.

Cripes. I'm not here arguing about G1 vs Prime or any of that BS. Just laugh and move on. Why does everyone think I want to argue?

I think it's a fun figure. I'm going to buy it. I hope they make more Trailbreakers... and eventually a G1 one, too.

I thought you were making serious complaints in the form of a sarcastic joke.

Yeah, but it didn't make much sense as a joke when it probably was never intended to be part of the figure's accessories. ;)

He makes a very cool decepticon scout i'll get him the only cyberverse i pick up is characters without a deluxe or bigger mold out.

Even if a deluxe does follow i still cant see myself calling him trail breaker just don't feel it at all , just hope this isn't the rumor that was floating around a while back about a trailbreaker, i will still hold a bit hope for either a generations or the headrobots big road.

Yeah, he reminds me of the demolitions team from PowerCore. (In spite of being a bit of a flawed concept, I've really gotten to love that line because of the play pattern and the fantastic, unified-paint-scheme Takara versions.)

But I digress. Trailbreaker does indeed look like a very spikey-pokey Decepticon.

Yeah, we assume he's an Autobot because of the name, but there's no insignia on his person. They could've done a 180 on us and made him a Decepticon. :KREMZEEK:

Very true but either way for me he will be a decepticon he just looks too bad ass not to be.
