Like I've said in the past, I still feel that it's too early in the show to bring in Unicron. If they wanted a villain of this height, someone like the Liege Maximo would have been far more perfect. Especially considering how the prophecy talks about spheres aligning, and the Liege Maximo resides at the Hub, which is a network of several massive metallic spheres that he aligns in order to ascend to godhood.Red 50 wrote:I imagine it would be quite difficult for five Autobots to defeat a planet-sized Unicron, so city-bot sized Unicron is a giant handful already. But I agree on one thing: can't wait for the three-parter finale.
According to what we were told at SDCC, a main character is expected to die at some point between now and mid-season 2. So, anyone who's a main character in this show has the potential to be offed at anytime now.Red 50 wrote:But does anyone else think that someone of the Autobots might die? I saw Miko's and Arcee's reactions and I assume that someone might be in for the end.

Ratchet's almost always absent from the battles, as he stays behind at the base to operate the GroundBridge.Fender Bender wrote:Ratchet is noticeably missing from a lot of those clips, me thinks he'll be the one taking a dirt nap here shortly.

I can kind of understand why some people are pretty underwhelmed by the idea of Unicron being small for, well, Unicron. But at the same time, I don't think it's a bad change. I mean, he's still enormous and intimidating, just not so freaking big that you couldn't show any detail on the character and have another character in the shot.
I was honestly thinking that since it's likely we wouldn't get a planet-sized Unicron, we'd wind up with one who's normal-sized anyway... But then again, I suppose there's nothing saying he might not be capable of changing his size anyway to please people on both ends of the spectrum.
I'm kind of curious to see what his alt-mode will be. Perhaps as a part of their running gag, Agent Fowler will come in with some vehicle of mass destruction or something to that effect and Unicron could scan it.
...For some reason, I really want to see Miko walk up to Unicron and try to kick his foot or something.
