That IS a selling point, albiet a frustrating one. Having the same issue with Airazor.

Worst case, you could probably find Warrior Drift for cheap later in you so wanted.

I already have the warrior Drift, it's the minicons that i really want (Drift would basically be a bonus)

And Cobs, there is a Slipstream coming out in blue, but Drift comes with Jetstorm...

Sounds like you have only one recourse. Shame they can't come down a little on the price point.

That is the 15% discounted price for the 2 minis and Drift unfortunately. I really wish they would release Jetstorm by himself rather than just with Drift

Pretend will most likely be how i handle this (or i find a cheap a$$ deployer) with the blue one. One would think they could at least release them in the right colors though (black?! common)

At least Hasbro didnt make it so that you had to buy the deployer to make that extra energon animal, I would have been PISSED!

I feel the same way with Airazor and Fracture, ESPECIALLY considering there's another FAR better Fracture on the way.

In the name of all that is holly NO! The only redeeming quality of the figure is unlike Fracture the vehicle comes together easily. The discs scrape on the ground when deployed so expect paint wear from extended play. If you need to know more check out my review.

On a related note, my brothers Amazon has Warrior Fracture and Megatronus in stock, last time I checked.

I'd say probably not. I expect/hope to be able to find that Drift for cheap at some point. I want that minicon as well.

Once I get Warrior Fracture, the deployer flavor will get shoved in the corner to think about what he's done.

Great! A Springload figure. Glad to hear that! However it would have been even better if Hasbro also made him Warrior figure. Don't you think?

After very little in terms of news for the Transformers: Robots in Disguise WArrior class Fracture figure, fellow Seibertronian chuckdawg1999 has shared with his thoughts and video review of the menacing purple Minicon master motorbike - take a look at both of them below!

When we saw the gray prototype a few months ago many felt that we wouldn't see Fracture released. Well let me tell you, Fracture is real, and real good. Transformation is solid, with pegs and tabs being used smartly in both modes, kudos to Hasbro for finally printing clear and full instructions on the back of the packaging. For me the best part of the toy is the modular weapon use. Hopefully there's a wider release soon to get this figure out for the 2015 Christmas season.

Thanks for the review Chuck, that's one cool motoslickle bot you got there. The weapon options are pretty neat and I'm loving the alt mode integration. Fracture is buy on site.

Targets here are usually the first to get the new RID and they have become a daily hunt now that these new guys are shipping.

Agreed, he's well painted, and looks nice; only way TT could beat that is if they used a metallic red paint to pick out 'tron' lines all over him like in the show.

While I love takara a lot, I like to save money when I can. And this seems to be one of the cases. With Jazz, I felt it was a duty to boycot Hasbro's release, and with Drift that was just a gorgeous deco. But the rest were only somewhat better and I while the takara price on these is good, I realized this past year that the Hasbro versions go on sale very often. So at Hasbro MSRP, takara all the way, but for a discounted Hasbro price, I will go for hasbro if I want the toy sooner and dont mind the slight lack of paint.

Of course the best is when you get takara at a discount from their retail price but that doesnt happen too often

Don't get me wrong, I want to be excited for transformers, and I'm a very easy fan to please, but everywhere I look are reasons that shoot down my excitement:


-Dumb, hollow, over-priced leaders with crappy plastic and qc

-Way over-priced, mostly unpainted 's in rid - need me some 's

-Extreme over-use of molds in cw

-Dumb '84 combiners taking up space from cooler teams (lookin' at you tfcc)

-CW Brawl (and by extent anyone using that mold: ramhorn, and nosecone) is trash, 'nuff said.

-Negligent/apathetic distribution

-General over-priced nature of the line as a whole


Thankfully rid is fairly plentifully stocked and on a semi-regular enough basis that, I should be able to snag one of these guys soon enough.
